All of our classes read the book selected and have rich conversations around the themes within these beautiful texts. Our Book of the Month parent workshops give our parents and guardians the opportunity to read the very same book their child will be reading here at school. We take the time to discover the themes within the text your child may be discussing in class and talk about the kinds of conversations we can have with our children at home about the text, as well. Join us monthly as we explore the wonderful literature your child will be reading at school and how we can build bridges to rich conversations about reading. See you there! A Story for Everyone! Todas nuestras clases leen el libro seleccionado y tienen conversaciones sobre temas relacionados dentro de estos lindos textos. Nuestros talleres para Padres del Libro del Mes les brinda la oportunidad de leer el mismo libro que sus hijos están leyendo en clase. Tomamos el tiempo para descubrir los temas dentro del texto que su hijo/a podria estar discutiendo en clase y hablar sobre el tipo de conversaciones que podemos tener con los niños en casa sobre el texto tambien. Acompañenos mensualmente mientras exploramos la literatura maravillosa que su hijo/a estará leyendo en la escuela y como podemos construir puentes para enriquecer conversaciones sobre la lectura.
