Le verniciature eseguite da Alunova su profili in alluminio, sono a polveri poliestere termoindurenti destinate a
rivestimenti esterni, offrono un’eccellente resistenza alla luce ed agli agenti atmosferici.
- I processi di anodizzazione (effetti acciaio) presenti in questo depliant sono eseguiti secondo la direttiva tecnica
dei marchi di qualità QUALANOD e QUALITAL.
- I processi di verniciatura RAL ed effetti speciali allegati quali “marmo, bugnati, metallizzati” sono eseguiti
secondo la direttiva tecnica del marchio di qualità QUALICOAT.
Fasi della verniciatura:
1 - Pretrattamento per garantire la perfetta aderenza (sgrassaggio, risciacquo, cromatizzazione, risciacquo, asciugatura)
2 - Applicazione delle verniciature a polveri termoindurenti
3 - Processo di polimerizzazione (cottura)
The aluminium sections are coated by Alunova using thermosetting polyester powder for exterior coatings, with
excellent light fastness and weatherproof characteristics.
- The anodisation processes (steel effects) shown in this brochure are performed according to the technical
requirements of the QUALANOD and QUALITAL quality marks.
- The painting processes using RAL colours and special effects as enclosed, such as “marble, textured, metallized”
are performed according to the technical requirements of the QUALICOAT quality mark.
Stages in the painting process:
1 - Pre-treatment to ensure perfect adherence (degreasing, rinsing, chromate treatment, rinsing, drying)
2 - Application of the thermosetting powder coat
3 - Polymerisation process (baking)
Alunova Aluminiumprofil-Lackierungen werden mit Duroplastlacken aus Polyester ausgeführt und sind dank ihrer
hervorragenden Licht- und Wetterbeständigkeit optimal für Außenverkleidungen geeignet.
- Die von Alunova angewandten Eloxalverfahren (zur Erzielung von Stahleffekten) werden den technischen
Vorschriften des Gütezeichens QUALANOD und QUALITAL entsprechend ausgeführt.
- Die Pulverbeschichtung in RAL-Farben und die Dekorbeschichtung mit Spezialeffekten wie “marmoriert,
texturiert, metallic” erfolgen nach Maßgabe der technischen Vorschriften des Qualitätszeichens QUALICOAT.
Lackierungsschritte:
1 - Vorbehandlung für perfekte Haftung (Entfettung, Spülung, Chromieren, Spülung, Trocknung)
2 - Auftragen der Duroplast-Pulverbeschichtung
3 - Polimerisation (Brennen)
Les peintures appliquées par Alunova sur les profils en aluminium sont des peintures en poudres de polyester
thermodurcissantes concues pour les revstements extérieurs et offrant une resistance excellente â la lumiére et aux
agents atmosphériques.
- Les procédés d'anodisation (effets acier) présents dans cette brochure sont exécutés selon les dispositions de la
directive technique des labelles de qualité QUALANOD et QUALITAL.
- Les procédés de peinture RAL et les effets spéciaux en annexe, tels que “marbre, bosselés, métallisés” sont exécutés
selon les dispositions de la directive technique du label de qualité QUALICOAT.
Phases de peinture:
1 - Pré-traitement afin d'assurer une adhésion parfaite (dégraissage, rinçage, chromatisation, rinçage, séchage)
2 - Application de peintures en poudres thermodurcissantes
3 - Processus de polymérisation (cuisson)
Las pinturas que Alunova realiza en los perfiles de aluminio, para lascualesse utilizan resinas de
poliéstertermoendurecibles destinadas a revestimientos exteriores, ofrecen una óptima resistencia a la luz y a los
agentes atmosféricos.
- Los procesos de anodizado (efectos acero) presentes en este catálogo son llevados a cabo según la directiva técnica
de las marcas de calidad QUALANOD y QUALITAL.
- Los proceso de pintura RAL y efectos especiales adjuntos, tales como “mármol, lagrimado, rnetalizados” son
llevados a cabo según la directiva técnica de la marca de calidad QUALICOAT.
Fases de la pintura:
1 - Pretratamiento para garantizar la perfecta adherencia (desgrase, aclarado, cromatización, aclarado y secado).
2 - Aplicación de las pinturas de resinas termoendurecibles.
