sustainable design holiday villas, sharing the
same plot of beautiful and green crop land,
in the centre of a tranquil village within a few
minutes walk to the beach. Each one has a
private sun terrace and they share a private
clean swimming pool and barbecue all over
the year for the exclusive use of guests. You
can enjoy cooking with biologic products
from the crop land. This is what you may call
a little piece of heaven. Amenities/Facilities:
Laundry area shared by guests, with a free
machine use. Barbecue and pool shared by
guests. There is also two outdoor hot shower
for after swimming or surfing in the ocean for
example. Gardens and Biologic Farm. The
Villas has two level gardens with a barbecue
area and a field of biological farming, that you

‟ Coast/Beach The 3 beaches (Portinho,
Enseada and Ponta Jardim) in the village is
just a five minutes walk from the property and
are made up of pebbles with stretches of
black sand. Following the line of the beach
there is a long promenade with lots of picnic
spots, and a fantastic restaurant (Portinho)
with a amazing sun set view. A man made
beach of golden sand can be found at
Calheta Beach which is a drive of only 10
minutes. Special Interest : Holidays Fresh
fish from the Coast of Jardim do Mar can be
deliver clean and ready to cook. The property
is a 2 min walk to Jardim do Mar Village
centre. To the East, the property is a 10 min.
drive to Calheta, 15 min to Madalena do Mar,
20 min to Ponta do Sol, 25 min to Ribeira
Brava and 40 min to Funchal City Centre. To
the West the property is 5 min. to Paul do
Mar, and other villages not being too far
