Cómo expresar
sentimientos de
amor a alguien
Cómo expresar sentimientos de tu amor a alguien. Los
sentimientos son puros, complicados y frecuentemente se
mantienen en el interior. Expresa tus sentimientos a tus seres
queridos para demostrarles diariamente que te importan. El peor
sentimiento es la sensación del tiempo perdido o el sentir que las
cosas no se dijeron.
1. Escribe una carta de amor. Esto parece anticuado en un
mundo donde lo más común son mensajes de texto y los correos
electrónicos, pero tomarse el tiempo para escribir tus verdaderos
sentimientos de amor y devoción a la persona que amas es una
manera muy sentimental y entrañable para expresar lo que siente
tu corazón
.
2. Escribe un poema de amor. La diferencia entre una carta y
un poema de amor es que un poema debe ser más estructurado.
Puedes elegir una rima o no, pero utiliza tu diccionario de
sinónimos y escribe un poema verdaderamente único que exprese
tus sentimientos de amor.
3. Expresa tus sentimientos a la persona que amas haciendo
cosas para aligerar su carga. Esto puede ser tan fácil como lavar
la ropa, recoger la cena o ayudarla a cargar su pila de libros de la
biblioteca.
4. Dilo en voz alta. Cuando su estado de ánimo u otro aspecto
de su personalidad parece particularmente lindo o adorable,
dícelo. Las palabras espontáneas de amor son una gran manera de
expresar tus sentimientos.
5. Llama su atención. Haz algo fuera de lo común, como llevarla
a su restaurante favorito a pesar de que no te guste, ésto propiciará
el estado de ánimo perfecto para una efusión de sentimientos.
Para expresar correctamente tu amor, debes ser escuchado.
6. Sé amable. Si los sentimientos que necesitas expresar son
posiblemente críticas o comentarios hirientes, asegúrate de
encontrar las palabras adecuadas que hagan que tu ser querido
entienda lo que estás diciendo sin sentirse atacado.
7. Confía en la persona que amas y ábrete a tus sentimientos.
La sensación de miedo con respecto a su reacción puede ser
perjudicial. Si tu pareja te ama realmente, entenderá y aceptará lo
que tienes que decirle, sea bueno o malo, y tu relación crecerá a
causa de ésto.

One’s Love
Feelings are raw, messy and often kept inside. Express your feelings
to the people you love to show them every day that you care.The
worst feeling of loss is the feeling of lost time or the feeling of
things left unsaid.
4. Say it out loud. When the mood strikes you or another
aspect of her personality seems particularly cute or loveable, tell
her so. Spontaneous words of love are a great way to express your
feelings.
1. Write a love letter. These seem antiquated in a world of
text messages and emails, but taking the time to write down your
true feelings of love and devotion to the one you love is a very
sentimental and endearing way to express your heart.
5. Get their attention. Doing something out of the ordinary,
like taking her to her favorite restaurant even though you hate it,
will set the perfect mood for an outpouring of feelings. In order to
properly express love, you must be heard.
2. Pen a love poem. The difference between a love letter and
a love poem is simply that a poem must be more structured. You
can choose to rhyme or not, but pull out your thesaurus and

possibly hurtful, make sure that you find the right words that will

lighten their load. This can be as easy as doing laundry, picking up
dinner or helping him carry his stack of books from the library.

latinas y americanas que deseen conocer y llegar
al mercado latino y que prestan todo tipo de
servicios para las familias de las quinceañeras
como vestidos, tuxedos, fotógrafos, decoradores,

es por esta razón que “Mirada Miss Cover Girl” ha desarrollado
una serie de cursos para fortalecer estos temas como etiqueta y
buenos modales, Hablar en Público reforzando el español, Pasarela,
Fotografía y este año hemos adecuado el curso de Cultura, arte
y diseño con el fin de fomentar la tradición de los trajes típicos,
la cultura del reciclaje y la conservación del medio ambiente, ya
que es un espacio para que las jovencitas diseñe su vestido típico
con elementos reciclados y de rinda suelta a su creatividad; los
cuales será usados y exhibidos durante el proceso de selección
de las participantes en el concurso y donde se elegirá el vestido
reciclado ganador.

“Mirada Miss Cover Girl 2015” brings together young ladies aged
14 who will celebrate their Quinceañera in 2015.This contest gives
the opportunity to several adolescent girls to get involved with,
share, and learn about their culture while enjoying the art and the
good customs of a healthy competition with other Hispanic girls
of their same age, where one of them will be crowned by a select
jury based on her oral expression, personality, beauty, skills on
the runway, and charm, and she will receive various gifts from the
event and its supporters.
Along with the event is the largest expo in the treasure valley
bringing together companies and families in one place and for
just one day. American and Hispanic companies that wish to be
involved with the Hispanic community are invited and they offer
many kinds of products and services such as dresses, tuxedos,
photography, decorations, flowers, limousines, halls, buffets, music
groups, cakes, DJs, financial institutions and other companies that
can offer extra services.
This event attracts much of the Hispanic community by means of
official sponsors. Mirada Magazine, DBO, and social networks help
spread the word about the fashion show, dance, and music.
“Mirada Miss Cover Girl” has been successfully bringing the
Hispanic community of the Treasure Valley together for four
years and has shown itself to be a place for cultural integration
and a great opportunity for many businesses. Furthermore, the
parents of the participants have shown their appreciation for the
positive changes they have seen in their daughters in respect to
their attitudes about their origins as well as the way in which
they become involved in their community after participating in the
wonderful process.

MISS COVER GIRL
Physical as well as inner beauty can both be
reinforced by education on etiquette and
courtesy, which are essential for maintaining
relationships in our society and supporting a
healthy community life. For this reason, “Mirada
Miss Cover Girl” has developed a series of
courses to strengthen the issues of etiquette,
good manners, Public Speaking reinforced in
Spanish, Catwalk, and Photography. This year
we have adapted the course of culture, art
and design in order to promote traditional
national costumes, the culture of recycling and
conservating the environment, since this year
there’s going to be a space for the girls to
design their own traditional national dress with
recycled materials and render their creativity.
The dresses then will be worn and displayed
during the selection process of the competition
where a recycled dress will be selected to win.
Their will also be seminars and lectures on
important issues to help young girls make right
decisions for their life and project a good future.

EMPEZO LA PRIMERA ETAPA DE MIRADA MISS COVER GIRL 2015
El pasado 30 de enero en el Centro Cultural Hispano se realizó el
primer Casting del certamente Mirada Miss Cover Girl 2015, con
la inscripción de más de 30 quinceañeras que desean participar en
este evento, muy entusiasmadas se presentaron el primer grupo
de hermosas jovencitas quienes fueron acompañadas de sus
padres y familiares.
evento es único en el estado de Idaho y su objetivo primordial es
educar y promover las tradiciones culturales y típicas de nuestros
países.
Agradecemos al Centro Cultural Hispano que nos ha venido
apoyando desde el año pasado y a todas las personas involucradas
en este certamen. Asi mismo invitamos a las compañias a ser
parte de este hermoso evento y que apoyen nuestras tradiciones.

Bares penales a DAPA
El 20 de noviembre de 2014, el presidente Obama anunció un
nuevo programa llamado “La acción diferida para la Responsabilidad
Parental” (DAPA por sus siglas en inglés). DAPA ofrece “acción
diferida”, que significa que incluso si la persona es indocumentada
y está sujeto a la deportación, el gobierno va a “diferir” cualquier
acción para deportarlos. Una concesión de acción diferida permite a
un individuo para obtener la autorización de empleo en períodos de
tres años. Sin embargo, debido a que el programa es un cambio en la
política y no una ley, puede ser retirada en cualquier momento.
Este artículo discutirá los bares penales a DAPA. Para calificar para
DAPA, una persona no puede tener cualquiera de lo siguiente en su
registro:
1) Cualquier delito grave
2) Cualquier delito menor significativo
3) Tres delitos menores
4) Un delito mayor con agravantes
5) Las condenas o conducta relacionada con las bandas organizadas
6) El terrorismo y el espionaje

Tres delitos menores
Una persona no podrá ser considerado para DACA si tiene 3 o
más delitos menores, con excepción de las infracciones de tráfico
menores, que surgieron de 3 incidentes separados. Infracciones de
tráfico menores incluyen conducir sin licencia, exceso de velocidad
o conducir sin seguro. Algunos ejemplos de delitos menores en
Idaho incluyen: resistir u obstruir, proporcionar información falsa a la
policía, la falta de comparecencia, el desacato al tribunal, la conducción
temeraria.

Criminal Bars to DAPA
What is a Significant Misdemeanor?
For DAPA purposes, the following are considered “significant
misdemeanors”:
1) Domestic violence
Note: Even if a person does not have a conviction for domestic
violence, the person could still be barred from DAPA. For example,
if a charge starts out as a charge for domestic violence, but the
charge is amended to a lesser charge of disturbing the peace, USCIS
could still deny the application due to domestic violence.
2) Driving under the influence
3) Sexual abuse or exploitation
4) Unlawful possession or use of a firearm
5) Distribution or sale of drugs
6) Burglary
7) Any misdemeanor with a sentence of 90 days or more.
Note:This does not include suspended sentences.
On November 20, 2014, President Obama announced a new
program called “Deferred action for Parental Accountability”
(DAPA). DAPA provides “deferred action” which means
that even if the individual is undocumented and subject to
deportation, the government will “defer” any action to remove
them. A grant of deferred action allows an individual to obtain
employment authorization in three-year periods. However,
because the program is a change in policy and not a law, it can
be withdrawn at any time.
This article will discuss the criminal bars to DAPA. To qualify
for DAPA, a person cannot have any of the following on their
record:
1) Any Felony
2) Any Significant Misdemeanor
3) Three Misdemeanors
4) An Aggravated Felony
5) Convictions or conduct relating to organized gangs
6) Terrorism and espionage
What is a Felony?
For purposes of DAPA, a felony is an offense that is defined as
a felony under the law of the jurisdiction where the conviction
takes place. For example, if a conviction occurs in Idaho, and
Idaho law defines the crime as a felony, then it is a felony for
purposes of DAPA. If a person is convicted in federal court,
we look at federal law to determine whether the crime is
considered a felony. A federal felony conviction relating to
immigration law, such as illegal re-entry, is likely to be a bar to
DAPA.
Any Three misdemeanors
A person is barred from DAPA if he has 3 or more misdemeanors,
other than minor traffic offenses, which arose out of 3 separate
incidents. Minor traffic offenses include driving without a license,
speeding, or driving without insurance. Some examples of
misdemeanors in Idaho that are NOT minor traffic offenses include:
resisting or obstructing, providing false information to police, failure
to appear, contempt of court, reckless driving.
What is an Aggravated Felony?
The term “aggravated felony” is defined in the Immigration and
Nationality Act. The definition includes many crimes that are
considered misdemeanors under state law. For example, a theft
conviction with a sentence of 1 year or more is considered an
aggravated felony, for immigration purposes. In Idaho, a person can
be convicted of misdemeanor theft, and receive a sentence of 1 year.
If that happens, the person may be barred from DAPA because of an
aggravated felony conviction.
If you have any criminal record, it is recommended that you consult
with an immigration attorney before submitting any application.

Federal market exchange in 2014. This might complicate things
a little bit and cause the process to take longer so the State can
decide whether a person qualifies to obtain insurance. For this
reason, it is urgent that the residents in Idaho apply for health
insurance as soon as possible before February 15, which is the
deadline for applications.

OBAMA de VISITA EN BOISE
La Red acción de Idaho (ICAN) es una organización sin fines de
lucro con base de miembros que trabaja para la justicia Social,
Racial y Económica en el estado de Idaho. Sus campañas han
incluido fijación del salario mínimo para los trabajadores agrícolas,
la protección de programa de seguro médico para niños (CHIP),
entre otros. Para lograr ganar estas campañas hacen protestas,
cabildeo ciudadano, proporcionando el desarrollo de liderazgo
para las personas que se ven afectados por lo cual podrán abogar
en nombre propio e informar a la comunidad del problema.
Durante los últimos diez años ICAN ha estado trabajando en la
Reforma de Salud, Reforma de Prestamistas Abusivos, Aumento de
Salario Mínimo, la Reforma Migratoria a nivel estatal y nacional y el

término de presidencia.
La comunidad Latina y los miembros de ICAN fueron bien
representaron en el discurso del Presidente. Fernando Chávez,
un miembro de ICAN gritó "Si Se Puede" durante la mitad
del discurso del presidente! Alicia Clements, ha sido parte de
ICAN durante los últimos diez años fue afortunada al poder
abrazar el presidente Obama y personalmente darle las gracias
por su Orden Ejecutiva sobre Inmigración. Krista Bustamante
Directora Organizadora, tuvo la oportunidad de hablar con el
Presidente antes del evento y le dio las gracias en nombre de
la organización por tomar el primer paso para arreglar nuestro
sistema roto de inmigración.

OBAMA in BOISE
The Idaho Community Action Network (ICAN) is a membership
based non profit organization that works for social, racial, and
economic justice issues in Idaho. Their campaigns have included
securing minimum wage for farm workers, protecting the children’s
health insurance program (CHIP) among others. They do this by
protesting, citizen lobbying, providing leadership development
for people who are affected so they may advocate on behalf of
themselves and inform the community of the problem.
Over the last ten years ICAN has been working on Health Care
Reform, Predatory Lending Reform, Minimum Wage Increase,
Immigration Reform at the state and national level and establishing
a community Radio Station in Burley. This organization only has
three staff members and that is why most of the work is done
by the membership of the organization-community members who
care about creating change in Idaho. Anyone can become an ICAN
member- it only takes either 30 dollars or 30 hours volunteer
service a year to become a member.
After meeting with legislators on Martin Luther King Day regarding
Medicaid Expansion and Driver’s Licenses for immigrants, ICAN
members stood in line wrapped up in blankets and coats for five
hours to get tickets for the event. More than twenty members
were able to secure tickets.
That Wednesday members were up at 6:00 AM making signs and
stood in line for hours with banners that said “Thank you Obama”
and “Immigration Reform Now”- a different message than last
summer when members traveled to Washington DC to protest
the President on the more than 2 million deportations during his
time in office.
Every year, on Martin Luther King Day ICAN hosts Lobby Days at
the Idaho State Capitol.This is an opportunity for members to talk
to legislators about the issues and campaigns that are important
to them.
This year was different considering that President Obama would be
making his first stop after the State of the Union Address in Boise.
(ICAN) saw the visit as an opportunity to thank the President for
his November 20th Executive Action on Immigration to extend
deferred action (DACA and DAPA) -programs that protect
parents with children who are American citizens or residents from
deportation, as well provide a workers permit for three years. In
December, ICAN staff and partners traveled the state to inform
people of the program and how to prepare for it’s launch. At the
workshops members signed a thank you letter for the President.
They didn’t think they would be able to thank the President in
person in their home state!
The Latino community and ICAN members were represented
well at the President’s speech as Fernando Chavez, an ICAN
member yelled “Si Se Puede” during the middle of the speech!
Alicia Clements, a member of ICAN for the last ten years was
able to hug President Obama and personally thank him for his
Executive Order on Immigration. Organizing Director, Krista
Bustamante talked to the President before the event and thanked
him for taking the first step to fix our broken immigration system
on behalf of the organization.
Of course, his Executive Order is not enough. Idaho Community
Action Network members understand that Congress is the only
one that can pass a comprehensive law that would fix the broken
immigration system and provide a pathway to citizenship. ICAN
continues to work on immigration reform at the state and national
level. It will be advocating for Driver’s Licenses for immigrants on
February 16th at the Idaho State Capitol. They are asking for the
community to support this cause and join members to speak on
behalf of the campaign to Legislators. For more information call

1. Lava tu piel con el limpiador facial e hidrátala con crema
antiarrugas. Luego aplica base de maquillaje de cobertura media y
acabado mate de forma uniforme en todo el rostro.
2. Luego aplica polvo compacto sobre la base para reflejar
la luz. Además, el polvo sirve para disminuir la visibilidad de las
arrugas.
3. Aplica pequeños toques de corrector blanco sobre las áreas
del rostro en donde notes arrugas.
4. Hidrata la zona alrededor de los ojos con crema antiarrugas
para combatir las arrugas en el área de las ojeras. No uses sombra

3. Dab white-based concealer over areas where you still
notice wrinkles.
Cosmetics can be used to hide wrinkles and make you look
as young as possible. Anti-aging creams can help, but makeup
is a valuable finisher. Women can get carried away with the
makeup and apply too much foundation, which can crack
and make the wrinkles more noticeable. You will also need
to find the product that will match the color of your skin as
closely as possible.
4. Moisturize the area around your eyes with anti-wrinkle
cream to combat dark wrinkly circles. Don’t use cream
eye shadow as it can pool in wrinkles. Instead, apply lightcolored eye shadow powder to the areas around the top
and middle of your eye area. Use a darker colored powder
for under your eyes.
5. Just powder blush lightly on your cheeks to further cover
wrinkles.

Con gran acogida y emoción se realizó la apertura oficial de
EL CAFETAL restaurante Colombiano, que está ubicado en la
Franklin con Curtis esquina en el gran local Mercado Internacional

El restaurante de las colombianas como usualmente lo llamamos,
por fin abrió sus puertas llenando la expectativa de su gente y por
su puesto del resto de la comunidad que deseaba conocer nuestra
rica comida criolla.
Sus propietarias Adriana Escarpeta y Trinidad Silva, nos comentaron
sobre la sorpresa que se llevaron el día de su inauguración, cuando
al llegar al lugar, la gente ya estaba haciendo linea para degustar de
los originales platos criollos.
Adriana comentó “no pensabamos que iba a llegar tanta gente,
pues realmente no hicimos publicidad, veníamos confiadas que
solo vendrían algunos amigos y conocidos”
Añadió Trinidad “nos sorprendimos mucho cuando vimos la
cantidad de gente esperándonos y apenas eran las 10am el
restaurante abría a las 11 y tal fue el afán que de inmediato
comenzamos a trabajar, en un momento sentimos que ya no
dábamos, pero el entusiasmo y las ganas que la gente mostraba,
nos incentivaba mas”
Afortunadamente contamos con el apoyo de nuestras familias

CAFETAL Colombian restaurant, located in the corner of Curtis
and Franklin inside the Boise International Market was made.
The restaurant of the Colombians as we usually call them, finally
opened, excelling the expectation our the people and of course
the rest of the community who wanted to experience our rich
authentic food .
Its proprietors Adriana Scarpetta and Trinidad Silva, told us about
the surprise they took the day of the inauguration, when they
arrived, and people were already lining up to taste the authentic
dishes .

as we really didn't do much advertising, we were confident that we

Bluetooth headsets use wireless technology to transmit
voice data over short distances, but have a relatively high
bandwidth. Because their electromagnetic waves transmit
radiation, some people worry about the effect this device
has on the brain.
Misconceptions
According to HelloDirect.com, Bluetooth headsets do
emit some levels of radiation, but much less than that of
an average cell phone -- 65 to 70 percent less in a study
by the company SARtest and commissioned by the UK
Department of Trade and Industry.
Considerations
Sinxe 2005, the United States has considered any absorption
of radiation by the human body above 1.6 watts per kilogram
from electronic devices as dangerous. However, Bluetooth
headsets only emit about 0.001 watts per kilogram. Even

¿Cuándo puedes comenzar a
presentar tu declaración
de impuestos?
El formulario 1040 del IRS es una de las declaraciones de impuestos
más comunes presentadas anualmente por los contribuyentes.
Todos los años los contribuyentes llegan hasta el buzón de correo,
y ahora hasta una computadora con Internet, para presentar su
declaración de impuestos antes de la fecha límite, el 15 de abril.
Sin embargo, algunos contribuyentes no pueden esperar a que
llegue el momento y quieren enviar sus papeles al Servicio de
Ingresos Internos, o IRS, lo más rápido posible. Debido a que el
año impositivo para la mayoría de los contribuyentes coincide
con el año calendario la fecha más temprana para presentar la
declaración de impuestos debe ser justo después de que el año
impositivo declarado termina.
Pre-requisitos
Aunque el 1ro de enero de un año calendario representa en

Taxes?
The IRS Form 1040 is one of the most common tax filings sent in annually by taxpayers.
Every year taxpayers creep and cringe to the mailbox, and now
to the Internet, to file their taxes by the federal deadline, April 15.
However, some taxpayers can’t wait to file and want to get their
paperwork in to the Internal Revenue Service, or IRS, as soon as
possible. Because the tax year for most taxpayers matches the
calendar year, the earliest filing date must be after the related tax
year ends.
1.Prerequisites
While January 1 of a calendar year represents in theory the
earliest taxes can be filed, the actual earliest date depends on a
person’s individual tax situation. Tax forms technically cannot be
sent into the IRS until they include all the required supporting
forms. For those who work and earn a paycheck, this includes W-2
forms, 1099 statements for interest and other income, and any
schedules required.
Timing
Because employers and paying parties have until January 31 of
a following year to file W-2 and 1099 income forms, a taxpayer
filing early is unlikely to get her taxes in prior to the first week
of February. In addition, the IRS has a date in late January which is
the first day they will accept electronically filed returns.
Speedy Filing
Tax filing time delay can be cut down by filing taxes electronically.
Both tax software programs and the IRS provide means to file
taxes electronically. Further, tax refunds are paid much faster
when filings are made electronically.
Warnings
Make sure you have received all your W-2s, 1099s and 1098 forms
