a. Motion to authorize McClure Engineering Associates, Inc. to perform and provide an elevation
certificate at the Carbon Cliff Park, 108 State Street at a cost of $600.00 for the purpose of
determining the base flood elevation.

Supplemental Permit 2013-042-SP to allow experimental testing of agricultural equipment on
top of the landfill surface, consisting mainly of tilling and seeding. An updated closure cost
estimate is included with the application. No permit changes are being requested.
