Registration Policies:
■ Upon receiving the completed registration form, it confirms that the
client’s company is registering the participant(s) to attend the training
course. Once the registration is approved by our training centre, an
invoice will be emailed to the client. Payment of course fee has to be
received by our training centre within 6 days from date of invoice.
Course Fee has to be paid before the training event for seat
confirmation.
■ Cancellation by the client: If the client cancel their registration,
fees paid will not be refunded to the client. The client may request to
send a substitute person to replace the participant that is unable to
attend the course.

■ Reschedule/ cancellation of course by the organizer. The organizer
reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training event. If the
organizer reschedule the training event, fees paid can be carried
forward to the same course at another date. In case of cancellation
or reschedule of course, the organizer will not assume responsibility
for any travel and accommodation costs in relation to the rescheduling/
cancellation of the training event.
■ The organizer reserves the right to change the training venue or adjust
the course contents. If there is any changes to the hotel venue, the new
venue of training will be in Kuala Lumpur.
