Who We Are
Michael D. Winn – Chairman
Mr. Winn received a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California. Mr. Winn is President of Seabord Capital Corp. which
provides investment analysis and financial services to companies operating in the energy and mining sectors. Mr. Winn is also
President of Seabord Services Corp., a Canadian company that provides management, administrative, and regulatory services to
private/public mining companies. Prior to starting Seabord Capital in January 2013, Mr. Winn was President of Terrasearch Inc. (1997
to 2012) a predecessor company to Seabord Capital. Mr. Winn also worked as an analyst for Global Resource Investments Ltd. (1993
to 1997) where he specialized in the evaluation of emerging oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil and
gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992, and is currently a director and officer of several companies operating in
Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn was CEO and director of Iron Creek since April 2008 and was appointed
Chairman of Revelo in 2014.
Timothy J. Beale – President, CEO & Director
Mr. Beale holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Chelsea College, University of London and a Master's degree in Mineral
Exploration from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College in London. Mr. Beale is a Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals
and Mining and is also a United Kingdom Chartered Engineer. He is also a Member of the Society of Economic Geologists. Mr. Beale
has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development with major corporations such as BP Minerals, RTZ
Corporation, Rio Tinto, Hochschild Mining and Anglo American, and spent 20 years living and working in Chile, Argentina and Peru. In
2009, Mr. Beale moved to Canada to become Anglo American's Exploration Manager for North America. Mr. Beale joined Iron Creek
as President in July of 2010 and was appointed President & CEO of Revelo in 2014.
John Davidson – Exploration Manager
Dr. Davidson holds a MS degree in Geology from the University of Chile and a Ph.D. degree in Structural Geology from La Sorbonne,
Paris, France. Dr. Davidson has 40 years' experience in academia, the Chilean Geological Service and the mining industry. His
extensive knowledge of Chilean and Andean geology was instrumental in mounting successful base and precious metal exploration
campaigns for Freeport Gold, Coeur, Cominco, FMC Gold, Meridian Gold, Barrick, Mena Resources and Iron Creek Capital Corp. Dr.
Davidson was an active member of the FMC Gold team responsible for the discovery of the El Peñon gold/silver deposit in the early
1990s. Dr. Davidson has been Exploration Manager for Iron Creek, and its predecessor company, Minera Mena, in Chile since 2003.
Dr. Davidson was appointed Exploration Manager for Revelo, based in Santiago, Chile, in 2014.

Colin Bird - Director
Mr. Bird holds a higher national diploma in mining engineering from Nottingham Trent Polytechnic. Mr. Bird is a Fellow of the
Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and is also a United Kingdom chartered engineer as well as a certified mine manager both
in the UK and South Africa. He has been involved in the management of mining nickel, copper, gold, coal and other diverse mineral
operations. Mr. Bird has founded and floated several public companies in the resource sector and served on resource company
boards in the UK, Canada and South Africa. In the exploration arena, he founded, financed and was Chairman of Kiwara Plc, an AIM
listed company, which discovered, and sold for $270 million, a large open pit copper project in Zambia. Mr. Bird was CEO & director
of Polar Star since October 2012 and was appointed director of Revelo in 2014.
Charles Cannon Brookes - Director
Mr. Cannon Brookes holds a BA degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Exeter. During the past five years he has been
the investment director of Arlington Group Asset Management Limited and has been active in a variety of investment management
and corporate finance transactions since its acquisition in 2004/2005. For the previous five years (2000 – 2005), he ran Arlington
Group Plc’s proprietary trading book, managing all of its public equity exposure. He has extensive fund management experience and
has advised and sat on the board of a number of other funds, trusts and companies in a non-executive capacity. Mr. Cannon Brookes
was a director of Polar Star since September 2012 and was appointed director of Revelo in 2014.
Mario Szotlender - Director
Mr. Szotlender holds a degree in international relations and is fluent in several languages. He has successfully directed
Latin American affairs for numerous private and public companies over the past 20 years, specializing in developing new
business opportunities and establishing relations within the investment community. He has been involved in various
mineral exploration and development joint ventures (precious metals and diamonds) in Central and South America,
including heading several mineral operations in Venezuela, such as Las Cristinas in the 1980’s. He was President of Mena
Resources Inc. until it was purchased by Rusoro Mining Ltd., of which he was also President. He specializes in developing
business opportunities and establishing investment relations. Mr. Szotlender has been an independent consultant and a
director of several public mineral exploration and mining companies. He was a director of Iron Creek since September
2008 and was appointed director of Revelo in 2014.

Raymond Jannas – Director
Dr. Jannas has a Ph.D. from Harvard University and more than 30 years' experience in mining geology, exploration and business
development with companies such as Minera Fuego, Hochschild Mining, Gold Fields, Metallica Resources and LAC Minerals. Dr.
Jannas’ main focus has been in exploration and business development in Latin America in addition to world-wide project generation.
During his career, Dr. Jannas has headed exploration teams that led to the discovery of deposits such as Pascua-Lama and El Morro in
Chile, and Choco 10 in Venezuela, as well as the acquisition of Cerro Corona in Peru. Dr. Jannas is currently a consultant to Volcan
Compañía Minera SAA, The Sentient Group and Minera Fuego Ltda. He is President of his own consulting company (Gexsa Ltda.), and
is a director of Regulus Resources Inc. Dr. Jannas was a director of Iron Creek since May 2014 and was appointed director of Revelo
in 2014.
Demetrius Pohl - Advisor
Dr. Pohl is a geologist with more than 40 years of mineral exploration experience. Before forming Sanu Resources Ltd. in 1997, Dr.
Pohl spent ten years as geologist with BHP Mineral, primarily engaged in gold and base metal exploration in Africa. He was involved
in the early identification and evaluation of the Syama and Sadiola deposits in Mali, the Essakan deposit in Burkina Faso, and the
Golden Pride deposit in Tanzania. Dr. Pohl's experience outside Africa includes exploration for sediment hosted base metal deposits,
porphyry copper and nickel deposits as well as uranium and volcanic-hosted massive sulphide deposits in Australia and South
America. Dr. Pohl obtained a doctorate in geochemistry from Stanford University and speaks French, German and Spanish. Dr. Pohl is
independent of Revelo and acts as Revelo’s Qualified Person.
