Ⅳ．Organizational Changes (As of April 1)
１） Reorganization of Corporate Group
Effective April 1, 2015, we will recognize the Corporate Group as set forth on Attachment 1.
To strengthen the support functions provided by the Corporate Group to Business Units by raising
the level of collaboration, we are going to consolidate existing groups into a single entity.
The management team for the new, consolidated Corporate Group will include
CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), CAO (Chief Administration Officer) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

Effective April 1, 2015, we will recognize Business Units as set forth on Attachment 2.
We will transfer “Tire Dept.” under the current “Materials & Supplies Division” to
“Automotive Division, No. 2” along with consolidating “Materials & Supplies Division”
and “Construction & Real Estate Division” to create a new division called “Materials,
Supplies & Real Estate Division.” Through this reorganization, we aim to pursue
business synergies and to further leverage our integrated corporate strength.
