The Graduate Programme
The Graduate Programme is a two-year programme with four
job rotations of six months each. You will go through
the following streams in Denmark, Poland and the USA:
Finance, Operations, IT, Diagnostic Instruments, Sales &
Marketing, Quality and Retail.
You will work with Analysis and Forecasting, Production and
Supply Chain Management, Reporting and Retail, Customer
Relationship Management, Campaign Planning and Business
Controlling in order to build a coherent understanding of the
business. You will face a steep learning curve and high
expectations.
Together with your mentor you will plan rotations and
optimise your professional and personal development.

After completing the programme, you may pursue a career
with William Demant – perhaps as an Executive Assistant,
Internal Consultant or International Product Manager.

“During my first rotation in Group Finance, I have
learned a lot about our products, operational set-up
and financial performance. So far, I have worked on
projects in both Sweden and the US, which makes
the workweek very diverse.
Timing and process
Apply now but no later than 17 April 2015.
The most exciting part has been to contribute with analyses to
the management team on strategic projects related to parts of
our value stream, a business intelligence systems and new
market and business development opportunities.
Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment
process in May. The final strategy presentation to our
top management will take place in mid-June.
The Graduate Programme will start on 1 September 2015.
What I really like about William Demant is the flat structure, as
