Month
The Troop year starts in September and ends after Summer Camp. There are no Troop Meetings in July & August; however, there might be
some other activities as announced.
Program Highlights
This column lists the skills that will be taught during the Troop Meetings. There are three basic skill levels that are listed:
Basic Skills (B)
Non-Eagle (A)
Eagle (E)
Troop Meetings
This column lists the dates of the Troop Meetings and any special events that will occur during the Troop Meeting.
Events
This column lists the dates for all Troop Outings. Certain trips are restricted to Scouts of at least First Class rank, and may have other
requirements. For example, the Canoe Trip is limited to Scouts of at least First Class rank with Swimming MB and Canoeing MB.
Community Calendar
This column lists selected national, state, community, or religious holidays. Some of the many training opportunities are also listed here
PLC
Patrol Leaders Council meetings. Opened to all First Class Scouts and above. Typically this is the last Thursday of the month.
TCM
Troop Committee Meetings. Typically this is the first Wednesday of the month.
SMC
Scoutmaster Core Meetings. Typically this is the third Thursday of the month.
