TENDER NOTICE No. 03/2014
The Commissioner of Excise, Customs and Service Tax Anand
Commissionerate, on behalf of the President of India, invites sealed quotation from
eligible, reputed and experienced contractors/suppliers for supplying the below
mentioned furniture of Godrej make for the office of the Commissioner of Central
Excise, Customs and Service Tax, Anand. The sealed quotations should be
addressed to The Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and
Service Tax, Anand, Juna Dadar, Near Railway Station, Anand-388001.

Terms and Conditions
1. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual quantity
required.
2. The supplier should have good track record of supplying these items to
Government Departments and have past experience of dealing in these
items.
3. The supplier should be registered with Sales Tax/VAT and any other
central/state authorities as prescribed by law.
4. The actual list of procurement of the goods will be given at the time of
placing order.
5. Delivery should be within 14 days of issue of Purchase Order and supplier
has to make his own arrangement to supply the said items on the above said
address at his own risk and cost.
6. The prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes of any government/ local
authority etc. as applicable to government department. No payment over and
above the prices quoted shall be done by the Central Excise, Customs and
Service Tax, Anand in respect of any such levies brought to the notice at a
later date.
7. Sealed tenders addressed to The Assistant Commissioner of Excise,
Customs and Service Tax, Anand and marked as “Quotation for
Supply of Furniture” should reach within 14 days from the date of issue of
this notice. The last date of receiving the sealed tenders is 10.02.2015 at 3.00
P.M. Tenders received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
Sealed tenders that are incomplete and not addressed to proper authority
shall be rejected.
8. The Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax reserves the
right to reject / cancel any or all tenders received without assigning any
reasons thereof.
