World Day for Consecrated Life
Pancake Breakfast
World Day for Consecrated Life will be
celebrated in the Church on Monday,
February 2, 2015 and in parishes on the
weekend of February 7-8, 2015. The Sisters
of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin
Mary celebrate this weekend with many
other women’s and men’s religious
communities. Founded by the Venerable
Nano Nagle, our Presentation Mission seeks
to promote hope, justice, freedom and
human dignity to all we meet through our
many and varied ministries. Presentation
Sisters bring a unique energy and dedication
to the ministries of education, pastoral work,
health care and social services. Please pray
for all those who have made commitments in
the consecrated life, and be sure to thank
them on their special day. May they
continue to be inspired by Jesus Christ and
respond generously to God’s gift of their
vocation.
Saint Andrew Boy Scout Troop 23 will host
its 43rd Annual “All You Can Eat” Pancake
Breakfast on Sunday, March 1st in the
Church Hall. Tickets will be sold after all
Masses on the weekends of February 14th &
15th and 21st & 22nd and on February 28th are
$5.00 and include pancakes, coffee, juice
and donuts. Tickets will also be available at
the door March 1st. Thank you for your
support.
An Open House is being held at St.
Andrew Convent on Sunday, February 8th
from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. to celebrate this year
of Consecrated Life. You are invited to join
the Sisters to learn more about their life in
our parish and to learn about the Sisters of
the Presentation and their ministries in
various places.
Annual Parish Blood Drive
Please mark your calendars for St. Andrew’s
annual blood drive. The date is March 22nd,
from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Church
Hall. A buffet breakfast will be provided to
all donors. Please watch the bulletin for
additional blood drive messages.

St. Andrew’s 39’ers
The meeting of the 39’ers will be
Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
in the Church Hall. St. Andrew’s
parishioners 50 and over are welcome to
join us.
Our next Atlantic City trip will be on
February 19th. The cost is still just $25.00.
Bus leaves St. Andrew’s parking lot at 10:00

First Saturday Morning
On Saturday, February 7th, Fr. Rick invites
you to the 8:00 a.m. Mass, followed by
Adoration, Rosary and Benediction.
Theatre Trip to New York
A trip to see “Honeymoon in Vegas”,
starring Tony Danza (orchestra seats) is
planned for Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
Dinner will be at 5:00 p.m. in the Church
Hall catered by Barilari’s Italian Restaurant
and Pizzeria. The bus will leave promptly at
6:00 p.m. The cost is $130.00 payable to St.
Andrew’s. All tickets are non-refundable.

Beefsteak Dinner
Pre-Cana Program
St. Andrew Home and School invites you to
a traditional Beefsteak dinner served by
Nightingales Catering. February 21st at 6:00
p.m. in the Church Hall. Tickets are $35.00
per person. This will be a BYOB event.
Tickets will be sold after all weekend
Masses on February 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th.

St. Andrew’s Pre-Cana is offered in a oneday format to those couples preparing for
Christian Marriage. All couples preparing
for the Sacrament of Marriage are required
to participate in a Pre- Cana session. The
next scheduled session is Saturday, April 25,
2015. The session begins at 8:00 a.m. in the
Meeting Room located to the left of the
Church Hall and concludes at 3:00 p.m.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance
The Knights of Columbus Regina Mundi
Council 3969 is sponsoring a Valentine’s
Day Dinner Dance on Saturday, February 7th
