ABOUT THE SUMMIT
People are the most critical differentiator for excelling in the current business scenario.
Those who have seized the opportunity to align their business strategies with their people
strategy are making headway in the midst of fierce competition. The stepping stone for this,
however, is to understand your people so that an environment is created for them to excel
and commit to their best.
The paradigms of national and sectoral growth are constantly changing – legal regulations,
technology, talent shortage and globalization work in tandem to increase unpredictability
and vulnerability. The greatest challenge that leaders across the industry face in this
changing environment is to increase the productivity and engagement of their people.
The theme of the Summit, “HR for the Future – Unleashing Human Potential” aims to bring
to the fore insightful and innovative strategies to drive growth of the Indian industry
through its human resource.
