beach walk. Toilets available
3000 WW1 soldiers built the Great Ocean Road in the 1920’s. Take a photo and read
about their story at the monument. Also a nice little beach for a photo op.

looks fantastic as well!
(away from other buses). Find at least 5 koalas in the wild. Walk up the road at your
own pace. The bus will return in around 15 minutes after turning around.
Enjoy lunch at a café in Apollo Bay with a good range of meal options (included)haep
Mait’s Rest in the rainforest. A wonderful 30 min loop walk takes you to a different
world. No toilets
Enjoy the wonderful 12 Apostles (there are only 8!). Take your time. Toilets and café
available
A beautiful gorge with steps down to the beach. Take your shoes off, feel the water on
your feet. Look around you from the base of the Gorge.

Macdonalds, KFC, Red Rooster or Subway. You can eat in if you order quickly or eat on
the bus. If you bring drinks on the bus please make sure that you finish them.

Great Ocean Road is a wonderful but big day for all. It is important to keep to times given so that we can
spend the time we want at major attractions.
Your guide will be Outback Billy (Great Ocean Road Tours) or Aussie Bloke Scott (Aussie
Melbourne Tours) or Holistic Hiker - Katie (Be-Leaf Tours). All are run by Outback Billy.

We will give you a written itinerary and map on the day of the tour.
Things to bring:
Bring warm clothes. If the forecast is warm then you can wear shorts and t shirts but we highly recommend
throwing in a jumper and wind resistant jacket. There are often multiple weather patterns down there. Sunscreen
and a bottle of water are also a good idea. Just repeating the wind can be strong and cold in parts of the ocean road.
Make sure you are warm enough! In warm weather bring something for swimming and a towel if interested.
