Scientific program
The conference aims to provide opportunities to
spread the latest scientific, technical and engineering
information and attempt to combine two most
important aspects of human civilization, namely the
areas of information and energy spectra in the
optical-electronic basis, which currently can be seen
as the most effective means of solving strategic issues
for further scientific and technological progress.
2015 - A Year of Light Conferences. The United
Nations (UN) proclaimed 2015 as the International
Year of Light and Light-based Technologies

Optoelectronic/digital methods and systems for image/signal processing.
Methods and systems for opto-electronic and digital
imaging and signals processing ;
Systems of technical vision and artificial intellect with
processing and recognition of image.
Optical and quantum electronics in computer and intellectual technology
Biomedical optoelectronic systems and devices;
Optoelectronic devices and components in the laser and
energy technologies;
Optoelectronic technology of information protection;
Optical and optoelectronic sensors and transducers in
management systems and environmental monitoring;
Fiber-optic technology in information and power networks;
Opto-electronic energy-saving technologies.
The fee includes:
participation in all scientific sessions of the Conference;
receiving all printed materials of the Conferencing,
including the Proceedings (when published);
coffee-breaks during the sessions;
the general program of excursions
The conference is planed science and technology exhibition held, which will feature
cutting-edge developments and solutions in
the field of optoelectronic technologies.
During the conference will be the meeting of
members of the student branches of SPIE
held, within which will be a contest for young
scientists. Winners will be awarded diplomas
and prizes.
Residence
For visitors from other cities can book rooms in
university dormitories or hotels in the city under an
earlier application. Payment for accommodation and
meals by themselves at the expense of the
participant.

Participation is issued to each author of the report separately. After
confirmation of the reports included in the conference program sent

Registration fee – 200 UA HRN, for aspirants - 150 UA HRN,
for students - 80 UA HRN.
Criteria for acceptance
All abstracts will be considered by the Organizing Committee. Abstracts for participation must firstly be send on
Conference Secretariat e-mail. Text of the abstract can not
be further edited and with an original replication abstracts
book. After the conference will be CD-ROM with the
conference published. Reports to be recommended for
breakout sessions will be published in specialized publications international scientific journals ("Opto-Electronic
Information and Energy Technology", "Visnyk of the VSTU".

The town of Vinnytsa is called a pearl of Podill'a and it is really so.
Situated on the legendary banks of the Southern Buh it impresses
everybody by the organic link between town civilization and
picturesque nature.
The town is over six hundred years old. Its history has known its ups
and downs
Studing the historic monuments which have survived, their
restoration, the appearance of new buildings in the traditional
historical environment contributes to the preservation of the inique
character of the town architecture.
Respect and care of the past and the rebirth of the national
traditions of the town have become very typical of late. They have
proved conducive to the revival of the town's spiritual life. Today all
the churches that were built in the past, namely: the Holy Virgin
Maria Anheska Temple, Svyato-Preobrazhensky Cathedral, Chist
Resurrection Church and others are open. Besides the new churches
of different religious confessions are being built now.
All the town museums are opened to visitors, too. A unique Nykolai
Church where the embalmed body of the world-known surgeon. N.
Pyrogov lies is situated near the Estate Museum of N. I. Pyrogov. The
regional museum of Local Lore and the Art Gallery - a real treasury contain masterpieces of art, sculpture, articles of decorative art, the
collection of masterpieces of Polish nobility, archeological and
ethnographic discoveries.
