We'll we survived our 40th anniversary show. Other than Mother Nature showing us her fury with the wind, it was a great show. We were
up in numbers and sold all 240 stall that we ordered. The silent bid
auction and raffle did very well.

What’s Happening
SEAHA Minutes 01/14/2015 Present at meeting: Sheri Odom, Shari
Rotolo Fuson, Dawn Walker, Carol, Olsen, Eirene Olsen, Robin Arnold, Gordon Jahr, Jan Gregory and guest Joe Harris. Meeting called
to order 7PM. No additions to agenda. No prior minutes to approve. Treasurer’s report presented by Dawn Walker and approved
by board. Old business tabled until after the A show. A show: discussed raffle and silent bid auction. Proceeds to be split between
American Cancer Society and Arabian Horsemen’s Distress Fund.
Board voted to close stall count at 230 stalls. New Business: Discussed starting an emergency relief fund but tabled until March
meeting. Board voted for no meeting in February. Committee reports: Membership: Carol Olsen reported 40 adults and 4 youths.
Region 1 news: no report. Newsletter: Robin Arnold reported no
news. Activities: Eirene Olsen had no report on any new activities.
Youth Activities: No report. Audit: Not done. Meeting adjourned at
8:05 PM
