ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN For the 12 months ending 31 December 2015 The Procurement Board Strategic Plan 2012-15 requires departments to prepare and publish procurement plans for contracts above the relevant EU thresholds to be awarded in each year. This document sets out the indicative schedule of contracts to be awarded / procured by the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) in the 12 months ending 31 December 2015. The plan is set out in two sections as follows: • Supplies and Services planned contracts with a value of £30,000 or greater (excluding VAT); and • Works contracts and Construction Related Services contracts valued respectively £500,000 or greater and £112,000 or greater (both excluding VAT). The Plan is a living document and is subject to regular review by the Departmental Board, meaning that some contracts may be removed and others included depending on the business objectives of the Department. It includes information on the approximate value of the contract, the anticipated start date of the procurement process and, where known, the anticipated contract award date.
