Greetings,
Love is in the air... the month of February
immediately reminds us of Valentine's Day
or the Feast of St. Valentine. The history of
this day is somewhat mysterious and
diverse, encompassing legends of ancient
Roman festivals, to liturgical history,
references in Chaucer's medieval poems,
through contemporary imagery of hearts, love, Cupid,
etc.

TEENS
Wilton Library has often been referred to as the "heart of
our community," so February is very special to us.
However, truth be told, every day is special at the Library
because we truly love what we do to enrich our
community. We are also exceedingly grateful for the
positive support we in turn receive from you. Whether you
use the variety of print and electronic resources we offer,
participate in educational or cultural programs, visit our
facility, or contribute via our Annual Appeal, we thank
you for your loyal patronage. Our special thanks also to
the Wilton Newcomers Club whose 50th anniversary
celebration will benefit Wilton Library.
