Series 400 Autovalve
With meter mix and dispense systems, the pneumatic Series 400 Autovalve is a
durable and reliable valve. The A and B shut off pistons have PTFE seals allowing
high flow with minimal maintenance as these seals can be adjusted without disassembly of the valve body. The 9/16-18 fluid inlet ports of the Series 400 Autovalve
allow flow rates of 3-4 gallons per minute, depending on pump capability and
material viscosity.

• Dispenses two-component adhesives and sealants
• Dispenses low- to high-viscosity urethanes, epoxies, and silicones
• Can be mounted for beads or timed shots; optional handle is available for
handheld applications
• Provides an ON-OFF function. The metering of the adhesives in the proper
ratio of A:B is controlled by the metering pumps.
• Flow rates of 3-4 gallons/minute, depending on pump and material viscosity
• Materials remain separate until they enter the mixer
• Available in aluminum or stainless steel configurations

Static Mixers
Mixer selection is critical when it comes to curing two-component adhesives and sealants.
EFD offers a wide range of Series 160 Disposable Plastic Spiral Bell Mixers with different
diameters, lengths, geometries, and orifices to meet many different applications.
Pistol Grip Handles
Fluid Inlet Adapter
Nordson EFD offers electric or pneumatic handles
for actuating the air cylinder of the valve. If using an
electric handle, a solenoid from an outside vendor is
required. EFD also offers a stationary swivel base for
applications where mobility is not required.
Elbow adapters are available to connect the material lines
to the valve.
