Reducing Security Concerns in the Workplace
What are the top three potential security concerns for any company and its employees? How can companies most
effectively mitigate these risks and decrease potential liability and PR nightmares? What do plaintiff attorneys look for
when building a case of negligence should a situation occur, and what documentation should you have on-hand to
lessen your legal liability and exposure? Through illustrative case examples, you will gain a better understanding of the
ever-present risk concerns at work.
After this presentation, you will understand the potential internal as well as external risks that violence can pose to your
workplace and how to mitigate these risks in an effective and cost-effective manner. You will also learn how to
document this process to lessen legal liabilities should such a tragedy occur. Lastly, you will learn tips on identifying
individuals who exhibit risky behavior.
