Welcome to Church of the Chimes • 2/1/15
Whether this is the first time you have been our guest, or
have visited before and are still exploring, we would like
you to know how much we appreciate your visit. The
pages of this UPDATE are filled with news about the
people of Church of the Chimes and how God is working
in our lives. There are also events and gatherings
available each week that we hope you will get involved
with. If we can be of help, answer any questions you might have, or
provide you with literature that may help you as you explore answers to
spiritual questions, we’ll do our best to be supportive wherever you are in
your journey. Please join us in the Family Life Center, directly across from
the Sanctuary, or in the courtyard, for light refreshments and a chance to
meet some new friends. Thanks for being our guest today!
Keep Watching and Praying,

database records up to date. Thank you for helping us stay connected!

CELEBRATION OF HOLY COMMUNION
TODAY
This morning we will celebrate the Sacrament of Holy
Communion during our worship celebration.
A good
start to prepare for communion is to start with the Last
Supper described in Mark 14: 12-26. We most deeply
experience the Sacrament of Holy Communion when
we understand its layers of meaning--including that Jesus
died for us, that we experience his presence in the Lord’s
Supper, and that we look forward to communing with

Jesus and all the saints in the new heaven and earth.
