PERFORMANCE AT YOUNG VOICES 02 ARENA, LONDON. WED 28™ JAN 2015
Dear Parents/Guardians of Choir children
I am writing to inform you of some exciting news. As you are most likely aware, the choir are currently working towards a
performance at the 02 Arena London. The date for this performance has now been confirmed as Wednesday 28 January 2015.
This is an amazing opportunity for the children, and will be the culmination of weeks of hard work on their part.

We will be travelling to the 02 by coach as it is a very long day for the children, you will be able to collect them from school at
roughly 11pm.
I will write to you again with further xieta^ils clQ^eTTotherlavrdetailing exact times etc. However, I do need you to giveyour""
permission for them to attend the concert. Please indicate this on the reply slip below.
Attached to this letter is a ticket order form for you, you do not need to order tickets for your children. Also attached is a T-shirt
order form, the children are not required to wear these T-shirts, however they do create a sense of unity. If you are unable to
come along to the concert, you can also purchase a DVD, the order form is attached. Please make all cheques payable to St Thomas
of Canterbury School. Please return all of the slips and cheques to me no later than Wednesday 8* October 2014. We will be unable
to accept orders after this date.
