Leadership essentials that will transform your life and your
work. If all learned skills must begin with the fundamentals, what are
the fundamentals of leadership? This program will provide
fundamentals that are essential for establishing a legacy of genuine,
lasting, and honorable leadership. The Essentials of Honorable
Leadership will provide a template of internal leadership traits and
characteristics that will enable the external manifestation of an
honorable leader. In order to establish a leadership culture and
legacy people must know what leadership looks like; once people
know what leadership looks like leaders will proliferate and the
ultimate manifestation of Honorable Leadership will emerge: Trust.
