Penguins Add Three During Early Signing Period
Jordan Andrews, Latin Davis and Devin Haygood have each signed National Letters of Intent during the early signing period to continue their academic and athletic careers at Youngstown State,
Andrews (Reserve, La.) is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Riverside Academy, Davis (Ypsilanti,
Mich.) is a 5-foot-11 point guard from Milan High School and Haygood (Ypsilanti, Mich.) is a
6-foot-7 forward from Lincoln Senior High School.
Andrews, who was named all-metro, all-parish and all-district last season, averaged 14 points, six
rebounds, three assists and two steals per game while leading Riverside Academy to its second
straight state championship. He was also named the MVP of the Allstate Sugar Bowl National

and was named Honorable Mention all-state and led Riverside to a state championship.
Davis, a two-time all-state, all-conference and all-county performer, led Milan to a state championship as a junior and averaged 16 points, 3.7 assists and 2.3 steals per game. In the state championship game, Davis scored a career-high 34 points and went 7-for-7 from 3-point range in the
78-59 win over Benton Harbor.
Haygood was an all-conference selection last season after averaging 15 points and seven rebounds per game.
