MANAGER EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
As the Manager Employee Relations you will be reporting to General Manager Human Resources and
you will be HR Business Partner responsible for HR generalist activities based in HR Division in
Nasoso, Nadi.
As the Manager Employee Relations you will be coaching and business partnering, focusing on end to
end recruitment and talent management; employee relations and coaching business managers
through disciplinary and grievances; HR policy and procedure development; training and onboarding
of staff; HR reporting and analysis.
To be successful for this role you must be a highly professional and corporate focused HR
professional who has a proven track record in business partnering and/or coaching. You must be
tertiary qualified with at least 3- 5 years’ experience in HR. You must be collaborative and
customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organisation. You must
have demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth
environment. You must be able to lead, influence and drive priorities with senior management. You
must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER– MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
As the Technical Services Engineer- Maintenance Programs you will be based in the Fiji Airways
Technical Services Department at the Fiji Airways Engineering Division, Nasoso, Nadi. This position
reports to the Manager Technical Services (MTS).
You will be responsible for Aircraft Maintenance Program Management on our A330, 737NG, ATR42
& DHC6. You will carry out technical evaluation of MPD and Task Card revisions, and make
appropriate incorporation submission; ensuring all follow-up action relating to the changes are
actioned if incorporation is approved.
You will be responsible for ETOPS compliance management for A330, 737NG, ATR42 & DHC6 by
carrying out technical evaluation of CMP revisions, and ensure appropriate Maintenance Program
amendment or modification action is taken as necessary.
You will provide technical assistance to support the Engineering and Maintenance departments as
required. You will carry out reviews of check inspection findings and develop Maintenance Program
as required. You will identify, monitor, analyse defects and adverse trends in maintenance findings
and develop appropriate rectification action. You will participate as a member of the Modifications
Committee and Maintenance Review Group.
To be successful in the role you must be a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or
Graduate/Professional Engineer. You must have 3 years work experience in a similar position. You
must have knowledge of commercial aircraft structure and systems; as well as an understanding of
aircraft Engineering & Maintenance requirements would be beneficial. You must be computer literate
and have experience in using computer based maintenance control programs would also be
beneficial.

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION ADMINISTRATOR
the computer based maintenance control program to OEM specification. You will ensure any changes
to configuration conform to approved data, and are in accordance with company requirements. You
will monitor aircraft components changes and liaise with Technical Services Reliability Engineer on
issues/ trends. Provide assistance to Technical Services Engineers in the facilitation of any changes
to aircraft specification, introduced as a result of modification or campaign change. You will ensure
the company's continued compliance to CAAF ANR 145, EASA and FAA requirements. You will be
responsible for Flight Operations Dispatch Publication (DDPG/ MEL) administration for A330 series,
737NG series, ATR72 & 42 and DHC6 by carrying out technical evaluation of DDPG/MEL revisions, and
make appropriate incorporation submission. You will be responsible for Continuous Quality
Improvement. You will liaise with the Records Officer, Aircraft Maintenance and Quality Assurance in
addressing configuration control issues.
To be successful in the role you must be a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or a Graduate/
Professional Engineer. You must be proficient with computer based maintenance control programs.
An aircraft type rating, or other aviation based training would be beneficial. Additionally appropriate
experience may be substituted for the minimum education/ qualification requirements.

As the Industry Liaison Coordinator you will be responsible in monitoring and interpreting Industry
Regulations globally and locally. You will assist the General Manager Industry, International and
Government Affairs in researching and identifying aviation related Government, IATA and IACO
publications which may affect operations and to and from any Fiji Airways destinations. You will assist
in preparing communications and presentations for Government, Regulatory bodies, Industry and
internal stakeholders. You will serve as key contact and resource for daily and weekly communication
with internal and external stakeholders and also monitor Government and VIP.
To be successful in the role you must be degree qualified majoring in Business/Finance/Accounting &
IT, with strong analytic skills. You must have a minimum of three years of work experience as a
Business Analyst or in other similar positions. You must have strong analytical skills and the
willingness to quickly adapt to new learning environment. You must have an advance user of Microsoft
office suite. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must enjoy working
under tight deadlines and be able to work without supervision. You must have good organizational and
problem solving skills with the ability to work on own initiative. You must be able to travel under short

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

As the Reliability Engineer you will be based in the Fiji Airways Technical Services Department at the
Fiji Airways Engineering Division, Nasoso, Nadi. This position reports to the Manager Technical
Services (MTS).
MANAGER GROUND OPERATIONS – REGIONAL
As the Reliability Engineer you will monitor, and report on Aircraft Dispatch Reliability. You will review,
identify and analyse significant aircraft defects, recurring defects, dispatch reliability, MEL usage, MEL
deviation, Hold Items and aircraft delays. You will highlight trends and identify root causes. You will
identify and recommend the necessary changes to the Maintenance System and/or Company
Procedures to improve overall dispatch reliability. You will continuously review defects on Aircraft
Technical log pages and on routine maintenance task cards, and update the reliability database to
ensure defects are rectified promptly. You will maintain history of all aircraft recurring defects and
component strip reports by ATA chapter, including all investigations carried out to determine root
cause of defect and corrective action.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and researching Component Reliability. You will review
strip records from manufacturers/vendors. You will provide history and document reports from
reliability data and benchmark against industry standards. You will identify high component removal
rate trends and follow up with the vendors to determine failure causes and the recommended product
improvement/modification.
You will initiate component hard/soft lives and campaign changes as required. You will also be
responsible for control and administration of Statistical Data. You will develop and administer the
system of controlling recurring defects, MEL usage, MEL deviation and Hold Items for quick
identification of status. You will analyse and report any adverse trends. You will continuously review
engine and APU oil consumption and identify any abnormal trend.
To be successful in the role you must be a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, or Aeronautical,
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Tertiary qualification/s or equivalent level of knowledge &
experience. You must have at least 3 years work experience in similar position. You must have
knowledge of commercial aircraft systems; as well as a comprehensive understanding of the
Engineering & Maintenance requirements of aircraft. You must have experience in using computer
based maintenance control program
The Manager Ground Operations you will be working with our Ground Operations Team Nasoso, Nadi.
As the Manager Grounds Operations – Regional you will provide oversight on all ground operations at
Regional stations, including APW, CXI, FUN, TBU, TRW & VLI including other designated stations.
You will guide accountable airport management and ensure compliance of company policies
pertaining to safety and security in all aspects of operations, customer service, baggage handling, on
time performance, facilities and working environment. You will identify, analyze and communicate
issues/trends on accountable stations and demonstrate a proactive approach in implementing
improved/corrective policies. You will maintain a focused and effective team and ensuring that
productivity is achieved through regular and structured review of performance in all areas. You will
provide guidance to accountable airports and team to ensure compliance of controlling station
expenses/costs, develop new cost control measures and maintain an effective cost control program.
You will ensure revenue targets are achieved and able to manage practical solutions to resolve
shortfalls. You will represent Fiji Airways in airport stakeholder meetings as required. You will
provide guidance and ensure station accountability for airline vendor functions and performance for
local contractors providing services to Fiji Airways is in accordance with Service Level Agreements
and respecting Fiji Airways standards, i.e. fueling, security, catering, cleaning and ground handling.

PRE- OPERATIONS CONTROLLER
This role is based at the Nadi Head Office and reporting to the Manager Operations Control Centre
As the Crew Controller Work closely with the Duty Manager Operations Control to ensure the best
operational outcomes are achieved. You will be responsible for controlling and ensuring all flights are
crewed to meet all regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements. As part of your role, you will
also co-ordinate all operational crewing decisions where there are disruptions to the planned
schedules, hence establishing priorities to meet the changing business needs on the day. This includes
also the co-ordination of all crew resources in an effective and efficient manner to ensure day to day
regular, irregular (and emergency) operations achieve quality customer service standards and
required profitability. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in providing guidance and
feedback on all crewing matters which includes re-plan lost training and SIMS when lost during
disruptions in the 7 day window. The role will also ensure sufficient resources are planned prior to
going into the OCC 48 hour window
To be successful in the role you must have a tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant industry
experience. Good exposure on customer service articulating strong service ethics and MS office
savvy – AIMS working knowledge would be an advantage. High communication skills (written, verbal,
& Interpersonal), well organized, analytical and a high regard for a team environment.

This role is based at the Nadi Head Office and reporting to the Manager Operations Control.
As The Duty Manager Operations Control you will be responsible for monitoring the network for
potential operational threats and risks. This will include the development, organizing and coordinating
short term operational recovery plans for the network. The role will also be coordinating all
operational aspects in relation to disruption recovery strategies, policies and processes to ensure day
to day regular, irregular (and emergency) operations achieve quality implementation. You will play a
proactive role in driving On Time Performance (OTP) giving due consideration to customer service
standards and required profitability. The role will also record and provide Operational information
internally and to external Authorities apart from analyzing and distribution of weather data.
