events under American Kennel Club Rules and Regulations.

RULES: All exhibitors should obtain a copy of the Regulations for Agility Trials by contacting the American Kennel Club, 8051 Arco Corporate Drive,
Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27617-3390, by phone (919) 233-9767, by email at [email protected], or on their website at www.akc.org.
SAFETY, BEHAVIOR and LIABILITY: The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the
rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely.
It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create
an unnecessary disturbance or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site.
In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The club and its agents, employees, etc., will assume no responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury
sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The club reserves the right to
decline entries for cause and may remove any dog on account of aggression. No one shall have any recourse or claim against the club or any official thereof.
REFUNDS: No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act
of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified,
excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee.
100% of entry fees will be refunded for any reason if a written (or email) request is received by the TRIAL SECRETARY on or before the trial closing. After closing,
refunds less $6.00 in fees/day will be given for bitches in season if written (or email) notification is received by the TRIAL SECRETARY prior to the start of Trial 1.
Verification from a veterinarian may be required at the club's discretion.
Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, illegible, telephone or telegraph entries cannot be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor. Entries not on official AKC
forms, or photocopies of AKC forms without the agreement attached, cannot be accepted. Checks for entry fees will be deposited soon after the closing date.
Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry, and a processing fee will be added to all returned checks.
