4 days encompassing loads of vertical metres with lots of highlights, the perfect preparation
for the Hochkönigman and trail running season. The programme features: information on
equipment, lectures, footwear and drinks rucksack test, running technique sessions, weight and
stabilisation training, stretching, relaxing, and loads of kilometres, from a sunrise run through
to the night trail. Daly trail running sessions lasting between 45 min and 30 km covering approx.
1900 vertical metres. The entire camp is organised professionally and run by Tomas Bosnjak.

Sweat, compete, run, and have fun. The Opening Obstacle Race offers all this and more as part
of the Hochkönigman Trailrunning Festival. The race contains obstacles such as fences to climb
over, straw hurdles, tractor tyres, a bouncy castle, tunnels, pitch dark black box, water obstacles, as
well as competitors having to climb or duck under, and all the time being spurred on by the good
atmosphere of the spectators in the bustling resort centre of Maria Alm. Individual starters or
