industries. Brands need to have established the finest reputation in their field and offer customers
significant advantages over their competitors, as well as being judged on their quality, reliability and
distinction. Why trust your training to anyone else?

In-company training
“Our recent experience of working
closely with BSI to deliver
bespoke, in-company training has
been excellent. The commitment
and enthusiasm shown by the BSI
team to understand our business
and then design the training
package was commendable. The
trainers were knowledgeable,
friendly and they adapted their
delivery style according to
the group. The post training
support to embed the learning
has also been outstanding.”
We can deliver any of our training courses
to your team in-house.
If you have a group of people who need to understand or audit your
management system, consider in-company training:
• We can provide a management briefing, auditor training, or any of the
courses listed within this catalogue
• Receive training in your own confidential surroundings
• We charge by the day, not by the delegate, making it a cost-effective
solution for training a group

“Once the decision had been made to embark on a business improvement programme, we took advice
from a number of companies who had experience of implementing the Lean Six Sigma approach.
The decision was made very carefully, making sure that we didn’t dive into something that was going
to result in excess cost, be an improvement ‘whim’ and not prove a corporate priority.
Having discussed our aims with BSI, we found them very honest in what we needed to do as a
business and we have taken time to slowly embed a cultural change which is now reaping rewards.”
