Eligible businesses will reach

Picnic Day’s social media sites.
Picnic Day Volunteer Shirts
Your business name or logo will
appear on the back of
approximately 400 official Picnic
Day Volunteer Shirts.
Picnic Day Website
Businesses will have their name
listed on the official Picnic Day
website. Gold and Silver Level
sponsors will have an icon on the
front page linking to a website of
the companyʼs choosing.
Exhibition Booth/Table
We will provide your business
with one 8-foot table with two
chairs. Sponsors are allowed to
provide a table skirt with their
business name/logo, a tabletop
exhibit, and have drawings or
giveaways. Sponsors can also
provide a 10ʼ x 10ʼ canopy to
cover their table.
Schedule of Events
Your business name or logo will
appear on the Sponsor Page on
the 16,000 Picnic Day Schedule
of Events that will be distributed.
Limitations:
Consumable giveaways are
limited to non-perishable factorywrapped foods only. Collection of
funds, donations and/or orders is
prohibited. Collection of names
and addresses for mailing lists is
permissible. Amplified sound is
not allowed.
3"x5" Ad Space in Schedule

16,000 Schedule of Events that will
be distributed.
