General information
UJ440E Comfort type; feed arrangement consists of feeder with grizzly and screen deck below
grizzly, by-pass chute and optional NF conveyor.

•The feed hopper is removable in order to reduce unit transportation weight.

•A by-pass chute directs undersize material from the grizzly to the discharge conveyor.
•Sandvik discharge conveyor with belt scraper, steering rolls and impact bars under the
crusher. Extra high discharge for superior stock pile mass.
•Rock box below the crusher for protection of the conveyor.
•A level monitoring system above the crusher regulates the feeder speed.
•Sandvik rubber in feeder pan, absorbing impact and noise.
•Hydraulic CSS-regulation with wedges.
•Wide range of jaw plates for different applications are available.
•Platforms on top of crusher and around generator set provide access for inspection and
maintenance.
•Four 24V flood lights are fitted on mast for illumination at night.
•Flash lights and a siren provide visual and aural warning of movement and stand-by.
•Electrically driven pump with automatic shut-off for refilling of diesel.
•Main power is 400V AC, Control voltage is 230V AC and 24V DC
•There are 2ea 10A/ 230V power outlets and 1ea 3-phase 25A/ 400V power outlet.
•Prepared for electrical connection to the main supply.
•The UJ440E is maneuvered by radio remote control (option) and has a cord connected remote
control as a back-up. Emergency stop buttons are provided at appropriate places.

•The design and manufacture of the UJ440E complies with ISO 9001 and all the
directives required for CE marking. The diesel engine complies with EU and US Emission
regulation norms.
