A Request for Co- sponsorship of the Annual " Citrus Harvest Festival" on March
29. 2015
RECOMMENDATION:
1.
That the City Council consider the following actions:
Approve a request by the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce for co-
sponsorship and waiving of City fees in the amount of approximately
2, 575. 94; and
2.

Authorize staff to install a street banner for the event across Base Line.
A Reauest for Co-sponsorship for the Second Annual 4th of July Communit
Event on July 4, 2015
RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council consider the following action:
Approve a request by Immanuel Baptist Church for co- sponsorship and
waiving of City Police fees in the amount of approximately $ 3, 569. 06.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council adopt the 2015/ 2016 Work

Sheriff's Department Contract for Work Release Program
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council discuss the Sheriff's Department
Contract for Work Release Program.
10.
Construction Manaaement Services for 5th Street Improvements Proiect ( Phase
1 — Proiect No. str07002)
RECOMMENDATION:
1.
That the City Council:
Approve the proposal from TKE to provide construction management
Project
services for the 5th Street Improvement Project ( Phase 1 —
str07002), at a not -to -exceed fee of $241, 525; and
2.
Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of
the contract amount.
