TEAM DECLARATION FORM
Declaration forms must be submitted to the Recorders no later than 30 minutes before the advertised start time of the session
in which the event takes place.
Should any changes take place an amended declaration sheet must be submitted to the Recorders as soon as possible before the
start of the heat or final.
Where a club has more than one team in an event a swimmer who has been declared for one team may not compete for
another team in the same event.
Teams not complying with this instruction may lose the right to compete.
