idea to create a low-cost, mobile photo-booth solution. System allows for Android phones and tablets
to establish connection with external DSLR cameras (or optionally built-in cameras) to create a fun
and unique experience for users. Features included: automated self-timer button, external flash
capabilities, photo sharing (MMS, Email, Facebook), and of course, amusement!
GMIndia (C#/MVC/Lightswitch): Migrated legacy HR system for India region from Lotus Notes
into Sharepoint 2013 as a custom .NET application. Migration allowed for process improvements and
consolidation, resulting in cost savings. Major functions: travel/expense reporting, purchase
requisitions, vacation and overtime requests.
Radiant Quality System - RQS (C#, ASP.NET MVC3, AJAX): Collaboratively designed,
supported, and maintained quality system for manufacturing facility. Major functions: production
planning, serial tracking, test data, failure analysis, order management, inventory and quality control.
RQSMobile – RQS (C#/.NET CF): Created mobile solution for warehouse at manufacturing facility.
Allows wireless inventory movement to move material more efficiently.
Java Putt Pro (Java/XML, 3D): Designed and developed 3D miniature golf game in a team-oriented
environment using the software development process. Assumed role of lead developer.

conference rooms for internal meetings. Recruited user-base for beta testing and implemented
feedback to further improve system. This ultimately allowed team members to reserve conference
rooms more efficiently and without conflict.
Assisted with global insourcing operation by recommending technology frameworks to be used in
large-scale development projects. Implementation of these frameworks allowed for faster
development time and elimination of redundant tasks, reducing overall project cost by at least 5%.
Recognized inefficiency in business processes during decommissioning of legacy system.
Eliminated inefficiency by creating automated migration tool to retire system faster so resources can
focus on projects that provide greater benefit to the business.
Created REST API for global HR system to reduce latency between system and external
applications, dramatically improving user experience and users satisfaction by at least 10%.
Led sessions in teaching software frameworks to fellow employees, expanding their knowledge level
to allow for better and faster implementation of future solutions.
