Dear Friend,
Since it was established in 2011, the Willow Glen Athletic Boosters have provided financial and moral
support for the athletic teams and facilities of Willow Glen Middle and High schools.
Currently, the Athletic Boosters provide financial support to 30 teams and thousands of students. We are
the sole source of funds to pay for Middle School sports, including coach stipends, insurance, referees,
and league and tournament fees. The Athletic Boosters also support all High School competitive sports
teams, facility upgrades and athlete recognition, such as Varsity Block letters, NCAA signing events and
scholarships.
In order to raise the funds needed for a program of this size, we are planning a Fiesta on May 9, 2015.
This event will include dinner, dancing and entertainment. I am writing to ask your business to donate an
item or gift certificate for our silent auction. We will recognize all donors for their generosity at the
Fiesta fundraising event and on the Willow Glen Athletic Boosters Website.

Friday, April 24, 2015 or let us know when to pick it up prior to that date. We will provide you with a
