Options for Ordering & Fitting
Total Image Group will make a uniform range available at UTS: Graduate School of Health for fitting purposes.
This is a good opportunity for students to see, touch and try on the range ensuring students order the correct size
and style.
Option 1.
The uniform range will be available from Thursday 11th December 2014 until Friday 27th February 2015.
Note: The School is closed from Midday, Wednesday 24th December 2013 and will reopen on Friday 2nd
January 2015.

A Total Image Group representative will be on site on the following two days:
Thursday, 29th January 2015 from 10am -3pm
Friday, 20th February 2015 from 3pm – 5pm (after orthoptic’s orientation meeting)
On these two days ONLY cash and Eftpos facilities will be made available to students via TIG representative.
Order forms can be completed on the day and left with T.I.G to process.
Please Note:
Pharmacy Students - Orders must be placed by Thursday 29th January 2015 for delivery in time for clinical
placement which commences on Wednesday 4th March 2015.
Orthoptic Students – Can place orders as required, prior to Spring semester commencing.

delivery fee (Australia Registered Post). Delivery will take 10-14 working days.
*All Interstate and International Students that Pre-Order the UTS Pharmacy and Orthoptic’s
Uniform can opt to receive delivery to the University for Collection at a later date. Please note
standard delivery fee of $16.50 incl. GST applies. Please note the delivery address as UTS City

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as you will not be entitled to a refund/exchange if you simply change your mind
or make the wrong decision.
If the uniform size supplied is not the uniform size ordered, these uniforms must be returned directly to the
supplier and a new uniform, of the ordered size, will be delivered within 14 days. Total Image Group will not
be responsible for students ordering the incorrect size, consequently you will not be entitled to a refund or an
exchange for another garment.
For the avoidance of doubt if the garment size, supplied by Total Image Group, is the size that was ordered
and the garment supplied meets the specifications as detailed in the catalogue you will not be refunded or
offered an exchange on other garments.
Faulty Garments – Replacement, Repair or Refund
Replacement, Return or Refund will only be given if goods are or become faulty through no fault of your
own.
Please ensure that you carefully follow the care instructions attached to every garment as failure to adhere to
these instructions will void any rights to a refund or exchange.
1. Please call Total Image Group on 02 8188 6008 and request a return authorisation number. All returns
must receive a return authorisation number from a Total Image customer service representative,
within 7 days of the invoice date. A Return Authorisation Form will be sent to you.
2. Complete the return form and send this with the goods being returned. Goods must be returned to
Total Image Group within 14 days of invoice date. No return will be processed by Total Image Group
without this Return Authorisation Number and attached form.
3. Send the returned item(s) clearly marked to:

4. Total Image Group will then assess the garment. If the garment is deemed faulty a replacement/repair
or refund will be organised.
Postage charges
Postage charges on returns and exchanges are not refundable. However if there is discrepancies between the
original order, invoice and delivery of the garments then customers will not be required to pay for the
outgoing parcel.
