Enclosed you will find a registration form and a flyer for the upcoming “Rising Son Taekwondo Championships” to

be held Saturday February 21 , 2015, at the DC Everest Sr. High in Schofield, WI. Join us for the 3 of 3 of the
Evolution Taekwondo Series!
EVENTS:
Board breaking – No limit on boards, 3 stations required. Three sizes of boards will be available to purchase.
Competitors and coaches cannot bring their own boards.
Forms – Open Forms will compete for medals. Sport Poomsae will be traditional Taeguk and Kukkiwon designated
Black Belt Forms and they will compete for Trophies. All 1st place winners of Sport Poomsae will compete in the
Grand Champion Division.
Sparring – USA Taekwondo rules, LIGHT HEAD CONTACT (JSR) in all head contact divisions (including black belts).
Ringmaster electronics, padded rings and certified referees.
Black belts ages 12 +, 3 – 90 second rounds, all others 2 – 90 second rounds.
All Sparring Divisions will be awarded Medals.
Mighty Ninjas – ages 4- 6
Free Style – 30 Seconds to show off their best Taekwondo moves- consisting of kicks, punches, blocks, weapons,
falls and all creative moves that each student and coach will put together. There is NOT any board breaking
allowed during the FREE STYLE event.
Board breaking- No limits on boards, 3 stations required.

PREREGISTER BY FEBRUARY 13 and you will be entered into our drawing for $100.00 cash.

LATE REGISTRATIONS received after February 13 will have to SUBMIT a $10.00 LATE FEE WITH THEIR
REGISTRATION FORM.
ADMISSION: $3.00 ages 6 & UP
COACH ADMISSION: FREE
Registration at the door between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

rights and claims for damages which I may have, or which may accrue to me, against the WISCONSIN TAEKWONDO ASSOCIATION, Rising Son MMA, or its directors,
and for its state and district associations, USAT, or any of its affiliates or any and all members or the tournament or their respective officers, agents, representatives,
and or assigns, and against any competitors for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with my participation in or
entry in the above athletic event and competition, and in connection with any medical services that may be provided in connection with any such injury or illness, I
understand that this is full contact sport and can cause injury or death and I take full responsibility for myself, son, daughter, I further understand that I may be
dismissed from the premises without compensation or refund if my conduct is not courteous and cooperative for the successful operation of the tournament. I
understand that any of my photos taken at this event may be used by the WISCONSIN TAEKWONDO ASSOCIATION and Rising Son MMA for promotional purposes
without compensation to me.
