OUTPATIENTS - DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM For individuals that are no longer requiring the medical and nursing interventions as in the inpatient program, but continue to benefit from a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach in the services they receive. INTENSIVE EVALUATION PROGRAMS • Intensive Diagnosis Evaluation (2 days): For individuals with disabilities in need of extensive outpatient evaluation or follow-up. • Specialized Intensive Diagnosis Evaluation with Therapeutic Trial (6 days): Provides intensive medical and rehabilitation assessment, family education and training, and equipment recommendations.
