El 6to Remate Élite Habana 2015, se realizará durante los días 29, 30,
y 31 de enero en el Club Ecuestre de la Habana. Este evento internacional de caballos de salto, único de su tipo en el país, está organizado
por la Empresa Nacional para la Protección de la Flora y la Fauna y
VDL STUD.
Serán subastados, 33 ejemplares de la raza Real Sangre Holandesa,
entre ellos 24 montados y 9 en libertad. Durante las dos primeras jornadas (29 y 30), los clientes podrán comprobar las habilidades de los
ejemplares que se comercializarán.
Esta sexta edición permitirá mostrar los resultados y potencialidades
de Cuba en el desarrollo del deporte ecuestre.

The 6th Elite Auction, Havana 2015, will take place during January 29th,
30th and 31st, 2015, at the Equestrian Club of Havana. This international event of show jumping horses, the only one of its kind in the country,
is organized by the National Enterprise for the Protection of Flora and
Fauna and by VDL STUD.
Thirty-three specimens of the Dutch Warmblood breed will be sold at
auction; 24 tamed, and 9 wild. During the first two days (29th and
30th) clients will be able to check the specimens to be commercialized.
This 6th edition will make it possible to show Cuba’s results and potential for the development of equestrian sports.

de semen, así como de trasplante de embriones
en equinos.

Con nuestros caballos prestamos servicios de
equinoterapia, en conjunto con especialistas del
Ministerio de Salud Pública y el Ministerio de
Educación. Los principales beneficiarios de este
trabajo son niños y adultos con diferentes dolencias y padecimientos, obteniéndose excelentes
resultados para el paciente y la familia.

La comercialización de ejemplares de calidad,
así como la participación en competencias internacionales hablan por si solos de los resultados
obtenidos. El 2014 se ha caracterizado por alentadores resultados en la competencia “Cortijo
2014” en Guatemala, donde obtuvimos el 3er
lugar por país y el 1ro en la categoría pre-infantil.
Contamos también con una escuela de equitación, con sedes en cinco provincias. En estos
centros se preparan a jinetes y caballos para el

The National Enterprise for the Protection of Flora and Fauna is under the supervision of Cuba’s
Ministry of Agriculture (MINAG). Its mission is
to preserve and develop the natural resources of
protected areas, as well as the country’s equine
genetic stock. This mission is carried out in rural
areas with a strategy of sustainable utilization
and a focus on social development with environmental conscience.
With our horses we provide services of hippotherapy in conjunction with specialists from the
Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of
Education. Children and adults with different ailments and sufferings are the main beneficiaries
of this work. In this area, excellent results have
been attained for both the patient and its family.
We also have a horseback riding school with
presence in five provinces. The school prepares
riders and horses for equestrian sports in the
specialty of show jumping and training. We have
also opened a Spanish equestrian arts school.
Flora and Fauna develops a national equine genetic program throughout the country and has
40 equine genetic centers, 8 centers specializing
in mules and 5 in donkeys, a laboratory for the
extraction and freezing of semen and a laboratory for embryonic transplant in equines.
Our main results include commercialization of
high quality specimens and participation in international competitions. In 2014, at the “Cortijo
2014” competition in Guatemala, we were ranked
3rd in the list of competing countries, and won
1st prize in the category of Future Champions.
Seventeen horse breeds are developed in our ranches, among which the following stand out:

CONDICIONES GENERALES
En los casos que el comprador solicite y contrate para la exportación de los equinos el servicio
de otras líneas aéreas y compañías aseguradoras no contratadas por El Organizador este sólo
entregará el producto en las condiciones FCA
Habana y en ningún caso será responsable por
los daños y omisiones cometidos por estos.
1.- El Club Ecuestre de La Habana es la sede del
6to Remate Élite Habana 2015 para caballos de
Salto, a realizarse durante los días 29, 30 y 31
de enero del 2015, de conjunto con la empresa
comercializadora ALCONA S.A. teniendo como
receptivo la agencia de Viajes ECOTUR S.A.
6.- SUBASTA
•La modalidad de la subasta consistirá en la
apertura de la misma con un precio de estimación por equino realizando la puja hasta
el precio de remate que deberá ser pagado.
•El valor final del caballo será siempre expresado en euros.
•El Organizador tiene la autoridad para cambiar el orden de venta de los equinos, sin
dar razones para rechazar la participación
de postores-compradores.
•Los postores-compradores deberán estar
aptos comercial y mentalmente.
•Inmediatamente a la identificación del producto el postor-comprador deberá firmar los
documentos y contratos establecidos para su
retiro. En caso de comprar más de un ejemplar debe hacer un depósito a El Organizador.
2.- Los caballos incluidos en el presente catálogo
se venden conforme a las condiciones de la subasta que corresponden a su tipo. Se ruega consultar con el comité organizador de la subasta
antes de la misma frente a cualquier duda. Las

3.- Los equinos deberán ser retirados por el postor-comprador antes de los 60 días hábiles de
haber finalizado el proceso de compra siempre
que estos tengan realizados los análisis requeridos y cuenten con el certificado veterinario.
4.- La propiedad de los equinos les será entregada por VDL STUD una vez pagada la totalidad por el importe de venta y el importe de
adjudicación del equino que consistirá en un
documento de propiedad emitido por esta
institución y el pedigrí original realizado por el
respectivo studbook.

5.- En caso de que el postor-comprador requiera los servicios para la retirada del equino a
través de El Organizador, deberá firmar un
documento de solicitud y efectuar el pago correspondiente por los gastos el cual responsabilizará a El Organizador con todos los trámites necesarios para garantizar la custodia,
condiciones sanitarias y transportación de los
mismos y a la empresa ALCONA S.A de los trámites necesarios para la exportación. La venta
se hace en condición de entrega FCA o CPT
según se establece en los INCOTERMS 2000 y
por tanto los trámites de seguro corren a cargo del comprador.
8.- CONDICIONES SANITARIAS
Todos los equinos vendidos (los cuales fueron
importados a Cuba con un año y medio de
edad) han sido sometidos a un control veterinario y tendrán garantizados todos los análisis
que solicite el país de destino, excepto la realización de radiografías.

CONDICIONES PARTICULARES
No se pueden hacer transferencias bancarias
en usd desde bancos bajo la jurisdicción de los
Estados Unidos.
9.- GARANTÍA DE EXPORTACIÓN
La garantía de exportación tendrá un plazo
de 60 días desde la caída del martillo. Si la
causa de vencimiento de la garantía es por el
comprador, comenzará a cobrarse entonces
el costo de la estadía en las instalaciones del
Club Ecuestre será de 30 CUC por equino día.
12.-EXHIBICIÓN
La exhibición de caballos estará prevista para
los días 29 y 30 de enero del 2015 en las instalaciones del Club Ecuestre.
13.-RÉGIMEN LEGAL
Las presentes Condiciones Generales y Particulares acordadas para cada transacción en
específico se regirán e interpretarán con arreglo a las leyes cubanas. Todas las operaciones
a las que se apliquen estas condiciones se
someten, en cuanto a su calificación jurídica
y efectos a la legislación cubana y, específicamente, al Código Civil y al Código de Comercio.
10.- INFORMACIÓN
El Comité Organizador le ofrece en el catálogo información acerca del pedigrí de cada
ejemplar.
11.- GASTOS DE EXPORTACIÓN
Una vez firmado el documento de solicitud, el
postor-comprador aceptará pagar inmediatamente los gastos que se acordarán para cada
transacción y que a continuación se relacionan:
- Custodia
- Trámite sanitario
- Embalaje y transportación
- Documentos para la exportación
- Flete aéreo
La participación en la subasta, ya sea como
vendedor, comprador o pujador, supone aceptar la sujeción a estas Condiciones Generales
y Particulares. Estas no obstante, pueden estar sujetas a modificaciones durante el período de organización de la subasta, pero serían
oportunamente publicadas para conocimiento
de vendedores, compradores y pujadores.

1. The Equestrian Club of Havana is the venue of
the 6th Elite Auction, Havana 2015, of show
jumping horses. The event will take place during January 29th, 30th and 31st, 2015. It will
count on the services of commercializing company ALCONA S.A., and its travel agency will
be ECOTUR S.A.
6.AUCTION
•The auction will be developed the following
way: For each equine, the auction will start
with a base (estimated) price, and the bidding will proceed until the final price to be
paid is determined.
•The final price of the horse will always be
expressed in euros.
•The Organizer has authority to change the
sale order of the equines, and is not compelled to give reasons for the rejection of the
participation of bidders-buyers.
•Bidders-buyers must be fit commercially and
mentally.
•Immediately after the identification of the
product, the bidder-buyer will sign the documents and contracts established for its taking away. In case the bidder-buyer should
buy more than one specimen, he will make a
deposit with the Organizer.
2.The horses included in this catalog are sold
in accordance with the terms of the auction,
applicable to its type. In case of doubt, please

3.The equines must be taken away by the bidder-buyer before 60 working days after conclusion of the purchase process, provided all the

5.In case the bidder-buyer should require the
services of the Organizer for the taking away
of the equine, he must sign a request document and pay the corresponding amount. The
document will make the Organizer responsible for all the steps necessary to ensure the
safekeeping, sanitary conditions and transportation of the equine, and will make the
company ALCONA S.A. responsible for the export procedures. The sale is performed under
FCA or CPT delivery terms as established by
INTERCOMS 2000; therefore the buyer is res6

8. SANITARY CONDITIONS
All the equines sold (which were imported into
Cuba with one and a half years of age) have been
subject to veterinarian control. All the tests required by the destination country will be guaranteed,
except for X-rays.
Interested parties will be given enough time to perform all the checks and inspections they consider
appropriate, either by themselves or through the
services of the professionals they designate. Their
cost will be paid by the bidder-buyer. Once the gavel is used to indicate the end of an auction, no
claims or refunds will be accepted.
SPECIFIC TERMS
9. EXPORT GUARANTEES
Export guarantees will last for a period of 60
days after the gavel has been used to indicate
the end of an auction. If the guarantee period
expires due to the buyer’s fault, then each day
a fee of 30 CUC will be charged for the stay of
each equine at the facilities of the Equestrian
Club.
10. INFORMATION
The Organizing Committee presents information about the pedigree of each specimen in
the catalog.
11. EXPORT EXPENSES
Once the request document has been signed,
the bidder-buyer will accept to pay immediately the expenses agreed for each transaction,
which are listed below:

13. LEGAL REGIME
The present General and Specific Terms, agreed
upon for each transaction, will be governed
by and interpreted in accordance with Cuban
laws. All the operations to which these terms
apply are, with respect to their legal qualification and effects, subject to Cuban legislation
and, specifically, to the Civil Code and the Commerce Code.
Participation in the auction –be it as vendor,
buyer or bidder– supposes the acceptance to
abide by these General and Specific Terms. Nevertheless, these terms can be subject to modifications during the organization period of the
auction. In this case, they will be published at
the proper time for vendors, buyers and bidders to know.
Should discrepancies arise between the parties
with respect to buying and selling, and in case
they have not been resolved previously, any
party involved has the right to appeal to the
Court of Arbitrage of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba.
