January 8th we will be starting a
new study series on the Bible.
The Passion and Resurrection Narrative of Jesus is the title of
our next Bible Study. This is a 7 session study that compares the particular
insights found in the passion and resurrection accounts of the four gospels. The
core of our faith incorporates both the pain of the cross and the hope of the resurrection into daily living; what better way to celebrate the Lenten/Easter season.
Our bible study meetings last one and a half hours the second and fourth Thursday
of each month at the Serra Center.
Study material costs are $10 for the booklets for the class. Please sign up at the
parish office and come and join us as we explore the foundations of our faith.
OUR 1ST. EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS MEETING OF THE YEAR!

ARISE!
Parishes throughout the Diocese of Monterey
and, indeed, throughout the world, will be
participating in ARISE over a three-year period.
There are five six-week blocks of time, each
called a “Season”. Each of these Seasons has a
major gospel theme that is broken down into weekly themes. We are
about to start Season II, “Change our Hearts”
