Per ogni disciplina della mountain bike la dimensione della ruota è fondamentale per ottenere il massimo
della performance, sia nelle competizioni che nelle escursioni amatoriali.
In particolare, in ambito XC- Marathon, avere ruote più grandi come le 29” è un punto a vantaggio per
il biker sia in salita, che in discesa. La performance in salita è fondamentale su percorsi sterrati e la ruota
da 29” è fondamentale, mentre in discesa la minor resistenza al rotolamento e la facilità con cui una
ruota più grande supera gli ostacoli sarà sicuramente un punto a favore.
Con la ruota da 29”, l’escursione delle sospensioni è ridotta, facendo affidamento sulle maggiori capacità
di superamento degli ostacoli essendo le ruote più grandi, l’angolo di sterzo è più verticale ed i rapporti
sono più corti per compensare il maggior sviluppo metrico dovuto al raggio maggiore della ruota.

performance both in competitions and amateur excursions.
In particular, regarding the XC-Marathon, the 29” wheel is an advantage for the biker both uphill and
downhill. The uphill performance is essential on dirt paths and wheel bigger size is fundamental; even

downhill, as there is a lower rolling resistance and the obstacles are overcoming easily.
With the 29” wheel, the fork suspension travel is reduced: thanks to the bigger wheels the obstacles can
be overcome as well, the steering angle is more vertical, the gears are shorter to compensate the greater
metric development due to the larger radius of the wheel.

La risposta ad un nuovo concetto di bici da corsa
per tutti gli appassionati che cercano affidabilità,
sicurezza, comfort e il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
I telai in carbonio utilizzano tubi in fibra alto modulo
della Toray, i più leggeri e resistenti per la costruzioni
di telai.
Le fasce di carbonio mono direzionale vengono
tagliate sulla base di indicazioni computerizzate
e sormontati manualmente ponendo gli strati di
carbonio con un angolo di 45°. Dove la torsione è
maggiore ogni parte del telaio viene rafforzata con
più strati fino ad avere una struttura solida e rigida.
La fase finale è la più severa: una macchina a
fatica mette a dura prova la resistenza del telaio,
caricando di tre volte la potenza e il peso che può
esprimere il ciclista in corsa.
I telai in alluminio invece, sono costruiti con
materiali di lega leggera a profilo L.T.P. (low torsion
profile) realizzato per ridurre la torsione del telaio
in fase di accelerazione, contenendo i pesi grazie
all’impiego di rinforzi asimmetrici nello sviluppo e
differenziati nello spessore.

concept of bike for people that are looking for
reliability, security, comfort and a good price/
quality ratio.
The carbon frames are made with high modular
carbon fiber tubes of Toray, the lighter and stronger
for the construction of frames.
The rolls of unidirectional carbon are cut on the
basis of directions computerized and topped
manually placing layers of carbon with an angle
of 45 °. Every part of the frame where the twist is
greater is reinforced with several layers until you
have a solid and rigid frame.
The final stage is hardest: a machine puts a strain
on the fatigue resistance of the frame, charging
three times the power and the weight that can
express rider during the race.
The aluminum frames are made with light alloy
profile LTP (low torsion profile) in order to reduce

the twisting of the frame in the acceleration
phase, containing the weights thanks to the use
of reinforcements asymmetric in the development
and differentiated in the thickness.
