WHOC 2015 POSTER SESSION INFORMATION
When creating your poster board, please consider the following guidelines:
The final poster board CANNOT exceed the maximum size requirements
950mm (W) x 1200mm (H) OR 37.40" (W) x 47.24" (H)




Include more diagrams instead of text, this will allow for more opportunity to engage the
attendees. It’s best to keep it simple and visually interesting.
Your Marketing Department should be able to create your board for you, once it has been
completed you can send the PRINT READY PDF FILE to us and we will print and laminate the
poster to ensure all the posters are visually consistent.
Document must be in color, using the font “Calibri” and ensure the font is large enough to read
from several feet (meters) away
Poster MUST include the following information:





Your WHOC Number
Poster Title
Author(s) of Poster
Name of Company
Contact Information
All Poster Session participants must be registered as a delegate for WHOC15in order to attend. When

If your Marketing Department is unable to create the document, please inform us ASAP
Upon the conclusion of the event, you can take the poster with you otherwise it will be
destroyed
You will receive an invoice closer to the date for the cost of the poster
Ensure you bring plenty of business cards to distribute to attendees
