PARISH MISSION STATEMENT
St. Kevin is a multi-cultural church committed to being an example of
gospel values in our community, as shown to us by Jesus Christ, through
our outreach to children, youth, young adults, seniors, the sick, the grieving
and especially the poor. We do this with prayer, friendship, charity, and
social justice through the programs we offer with a welcoming spirit and
by showing respect and dignity to all.

BLESSING OF PARISH CALENDARS
On New Years Eve and New Years Day, we will bless and distribute the 2015 parish calendars. They are a great reminder of the
goodness of God from day to day… the gift of time that we measure
in days, months, and year. Pray to God that we may learn to use our
time with wisdom, grace, and charity in the New Year!

En la Víspera de Ano Nuevo y el día de Ano Nuevo, estaremos bendiciendo y distribuyendo los nuevos calendarios parroquiales para el
ano 2015. son un buen recordatorio de lo nuevo que trae Dios día a
día… el regalo del tiempo que medimos en días, meses y anos. Oremos a Dios aprendemos a usar nuestro tiempo con sabiduría, gracia
y caridad en el nuevo ano.
Año Nuevo Bendición Padre Celestial, en este
tiempo de nuevos comienzos, recordamos cómo
los cielos celebran el nacimiento de Cristo. Pensamos volver al nuevo reino que proclamó, y
recordamos la nueva vida que ganamos en
nuestro bautismo. En este tiempo de nuevos
comienzos, y en el comienzo de este nuevo año,
que podamos actuar como buenos ejemplos de la nueva vida en
que todos los cristianos tienen y ser el mismo para los demás. Danos la alegría que es la nuestra como miembros adoptivos de la

Kolbe House, the Jail Ministry for the Archdiocese of Chicago,
