IDEAS FOR LENT
Clean out your kitchen pantry and donate food to All Faith (drop-off
in parish hall lobby)
Spend one hour in adoration every week at the St. Henry chapel
which will have adoration every evening from 6-8pm
Write a simple appreciation or thank-you card/e-mail to someone
each week
Refuse to shop on Sundays of Lent
Read just one of the four gospels in the New Testament (Matthew,
Mark, Luke, or John)
Visit another parish that you have never entered or the Poor Clare
monastery for a daily Mass or quiet time of prayer

Pasar una hora en adoración cada semana en la capilla San Enrique en la cual habrá adoración al Santísimo todas las tardes de 68pm
Escribir una tarjeta o enviar un correo electrónico en apreciación o
agradecimiento a alguien cada semana
Resistir salir de compras los domingos de Cuaresma
Leer solo un Evangelio del Nuevo Testamento (Mateo, Marcos, Lucas, o Juan)
Visitar una parroquia que nunca has entrado o el monasterio de las
monjitas para Misa diaria o tiempo silencio en oración

Favor de recordar apoyar a la Campaña Anual del Obispo. A cada
parroquia de la diócesis de Phoenix se le pide contribuir a la labor
caritativa y evangélica del Obispo dentro de
nuestra diócesis.
