Dica - Limpie su horno con agua y limón
Para limpiarlo de una forma rapida e eficaz coloque un vaso con agua y limón entre en su
interior y caliente algunos minutos a 80 grados por 15 minutos, así su horno quedará
a brillar.
Para pre-calentar su horno no lo coloque en la maxima temperatura, aun sí, en la temperatura que
desea. El horno calentará siempre en su maximo para la temperatura seleccionada.
Combine recetas para tirar el maximo del calentamento del horno, se tiene un asado en el horno
uselo para terminar los acompañamientos como el arroz y las verduras.
MICROONDAS ELEGANTES Y FUNCIONALES
Grill con ventilación – Permite confeccionar asados y gratinados crujientes, los alimentos son cocinados de
forma uniforme al mismo tiempo que quedan dorados. Ideal para gratinados de grandes dimensiones como
aves, caza, cordero o cochinillo. Recomendase la colocación de alimentos sobre la parrilla y colocar una

Las campanas Meireles pueden funcionar con recirculación de aire, siempre que no es
permitido colocar la salida de aire para el exterior, nuestros modelos pueden funcionar con
filtros de carbono activo, reemplazables e de fácil colocación.

Las campanas de parede deben acompañar o ser superiores al tamaño de la encimera, así

Top heating – Heat in the superior part of the oven, ideal to grill and toast rapidly roasts and other ready meals,
like toasted pans.
Safety Valves – Cuts the gas if the flame turns off.
Bottom and top heating – Conventional heating ideal to cook cakes and pies, meat roasts at average
temperature 160ºC to cook perfect meals.
Bottom heating with ventilaton – The heat supplied by the lower part of the oven is distributed by all the cavity
throught the ventilator. Ideal to cook pastry or stuffed meat. Used also for frost meals and pizzas.
Bottom and top heating with ventilation – The ventilator distributes the heat of both heating elements,
allowing a perfect heat distribution. Ideal to cook cakes and pies.
Circular fan – The heat of the circular fan situated on the back of the oven is distributed with the ventilator. This
function cooks at various levels, for example meat on one level and fish on another or rice or biscuits in another
level.
Grill – To grill or roast superficially, it allows to cook the external parts of the food.

The size and capacity of the extraction must be proper to the every kitchen.
The hoods must follow or be superior than the hob size, therefore, for hobs with 60cm you
must have a 60cm, 70cm or 90cm hood and for 75cm hob you must have 90cm hood.
Washable filters
The capacity of extraction is measured in
cubic meters and evaluates the air
renovation. The ideal is to have 12
renovations per hour.
To calculate the capacity of extraction you
must know your kitchen volume:
Kitchen volume = width x depth x high
Example: 3m x 3m x 2,5m = 22,5m3
12 renovations per hour
Example: 12 x 22,5m3 = 270m3
