eat seafood. I was raised by total meat and potato parents, but I never really liked meat, so after
reading Toxin it wasn't difficult to give it up. Over the years I've had a taste of meat a handful of
times, and it just doesn't appeal to me.
As for the book itself, I remember enjoying it and I like how much research Cook put into it so as
to present the meat industry accurately. If you're looking for a way to improve your eating habits,
his descriptions of meat plants just might do the trick.
