EL PODER MARÍTIMO ACTUAL EN EL CONTEXTO SOCIO CULTURAL

RESUMEN
El Perú, gracias a sus características geográficas y abundancia de recursos en sus espacios
acuáticos tiene las potencialidades de un país marítimo, en su devenir ha usado las capacidades
que ofrecen el dominio marítimo y sus aguas adyacentes, ríos y lagos como medios de
comunicación para el transporte de personas y comercio, como fuente de recursos naturales para
la alimentación, obtención de energía, minerales, la práctica de deportes náuticos, el turismo y
otras actividades.
El trabajo de investigación busca contribuir a fortalecer el factor socio cultural del poder
marítimo, para disponer de un recurso humano que tenga una sólida conciencia marítima que
sea base del aprestamiento científico, profesional y técnico para el desarrollo nacional.

ABSTRACT
Peru, due to its geographical and abundance of acuatics resources has a potential of a maritime
country, the passing of time has used the capacity that offers the maritime power and adjacent
waters, rivers and lakes as means of communication for transport of people and commerce, as
natural resources for alimentary, energy, minerals, water sports, tourism and other activities.
The investigation work wants to contribute to make stronger the social cultural of the maritime
power, to have a human resource a solid Maritime conscience, to be the basis of scientific,
professional and technical for the national development.
