Macchina formatrice-confezionatrice verticale per
il confezionamento di prodotti granulari in buste o
sacchetti di materiale termosaldante accoppiato
duplice o triplice (poliestere, alluminio, polietilene),
partendo da bobine di film. Confezionamento in
atmosfera o, a richiesta, in atmosfera modificata
(gas inerte). Controllo della pesatura e delle
funzioni macchina tramite PLC con schermo touchon. Sistema di pesatura a celle di carico con due
canali vibranti. Barre saldanti che garantiscono
una saldatura perfetta e uniforme con marcatura
a caldo fino a 16 caratteri (data di scadenza ecc.)
Macchina predisposta per alloggiare dispositivo
di applicazione valvole salva aroma. Macchina
completa di nastro trasportatore per evacuazione
confezioni in uscita. Albero di sostegno per
bobine di film di grande diametro con bloccaggio
pneumatico. Svolgimento film motorizzato.
