1 FLYSHEET
It is made of light polyester with high resistance to aging as a consequence of UV radiation. Several-layer polyurethane
coating is able to resist to the water column of up to 4 000 mm*. Seams and loops are covered with a special adhesive tape.

FIXATION
It is based on the principle that fixing the bottom end of the flysheet to the ground only using pegs is insufficient. The flysheet

3 GROUNDSHEET
It is provided with a special polyurethane coat applied on nylon fabric that is able to bear even higher water column while
maintaining a very low weight of the material. The seams are sealed*. Outdoor, Family and Shelter tents are equipped
with groundsheets made ​​from multilayer polyethylene, which is fitted with an interwoven (rip-stop) structure for increased
strength and durability.

AIR-VENT
It has the maximum effect if it is positioned in the top of the dome. An original design of the ventilation system allows controlling the area of the ventilation hole from the interior of the tent or even tent windproof closing.

4 INNER TENT
The inner tent is made of lightweight polyester with high permeability and a rip-stop finish. Together with a soft PES screen
this tent ensures good ventilation and prevents dirt and bothersome insects from entering your inner tent.

They are designed in both flysheet and internal tent sheet so that it is always possible to open the right-hand as well as lefthand entry part and to achieve the maximum ventilation effect in this manner. Both-sided flysheet zip fasteners are covered
in order to provide protection against water, dust or freezing.
2 SILICONIZED *
Silicone rating is the most effective way of preventing tents from moisture penetration. This featurehas so far been found
with the highest-class tents only. Silicone coating makes the fly sheet highly water resistant for an unlimited period of time.
Combination of the silicone coating, the classic polyurethane coating and the taped seams and loops makes the fly sheet
finally and permanently moisture resistant.

Dongah Aluminum Corporation (DAC) is widely regarded as the premier tent pole maker in the world. A „tapered“ end of the
pole has a smaller diameter that allows it to slide into the larger pole end. This system reduces the overall weight of a pole
by 12-18% depending on pole and section size. Expanded insert combined with a larger diameter pole creates a stronger
connection point between pole sections. As a result, the overall tent construction gets great at its strength and low weight.
The new DAC system thus improves tent construction by eliminating sagging and providing additional tensile strength.

Actualmente es el mejor grado de protección contra la penetración de la humedad, que hasta ahora era un privilegio solamente de las tiendas de las gamas más altas. En el revestimiento exterior de la tienda se ha conseguido, aplicando el
acabado de silicona, un efecto repelente al agua muy eficaz y no limitado en el tiempo. La combinación de silicona del
revestimiento convencional de poliuretano y de las costuras y trabillas selladas conlleva una protección definitiva y permanente del exterior de la tienda contra la penetración de la humedad.

3 CUBIERTA
Está tratado con un revestimiento especial de poliuretano en el tejido de nylon, que soporta una columna de agua mayor
de 10.000 mm manteniendo un peso muy bajo del material. Las costuras están selladas*. En las series Outdoor, Family y
Shelter el piso está hecho de polietileno laminado, con una estructura de red (rip-stop) tejida para una mayor resistencia
y durabilidad.

4 TIENDA INTERIOR
La tienda interior está hecha de poliéster ligero, altamente transpirable y con acabado rip-stop. Además, cuenta con una
malla de poliéster suave para airear y evitar la entrada de suciedad e insectos molestos a la tienda interior.
5 ESTRUCTURA
Su precisa ejecución y acabado garantizan una gran durabilidad y un desgaste mínimo. Extremos de las varillas diferenciados por color y ojal ribeteado en el mismo color.
DAC featherlite nsl poles *
Las varillas de duraluminio, que usan el sistema DAC (Dongah Aluminum Corporation), están consideradas, con total merecimiento, como una de las mejores tecnologías del mundo en el campo de las varillas de tiendas. Se trata de una tecnología
que se basa en la conexión mutua de las varillas. El extremo más estrecho de una varilla, con un diámetro menor, posibilita
su inserción en el extremo más amplio de otra varilla. El mayor diámetro de las varillas con la pared más delgada aumenta
la resistencia total y reduce considerablemente el peso total de cada varilla en un 12 % a un 18 %, dependiendo de su longitud. El diámetro ampliado de las varillas, en combinación con el punto ampliado de insertar la otra varilla, crea además un
punto de unión muy fuerte entre todas las partes de las varillas. De esta manera la estructura total de la tienda llega a ser
muy resistente a las influencias externas, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la gran ventaja de su peso reducido.

ANCLAJE
Se basa en el principio de que fijar en la tierra el borde inferior del doble techo solamente mediante las piquetas de la tienda
es insuficiente. Por eso la sobrecubierta se ancla también con una estructura de varillas. Se utilizan para ello los clips de
gran calidad ITW Nexus que se cierran con un clic, que no solamente aceleran el montaje de la tienda, sino que sobre todo
posibilitan la regulación de la tensión del tejido de la sobrecubierta.

VENTILACIÓN
Tiene una mayor eficiencia si está ubicada en la cumbre de la cúpula. Esta original solución de ventilación posibilita regular
la amplitud del agujero de ventilación desde dentro de la tienda, o también cerrarlo completamente contra el viento, en su
caso.

Está colgada debajo de la cumbre de la tienda y sirve para colocar objetos menudos.

ENTRADAS
En la sobrecubierta y en el interior de la tienda están solucionadas de manera que siempre se puede abrir tanto la parte
derecha como la izquierda, o ambas partes al mismo tiempo y conseguir así la máxima ventilación. Las cremalleras de
doble sentido están tapadas para su protección contra el agua, el polvo o la congelación.

Down
EN - Hollowfibre 1, 4 and 6 are coiled polyester filaments containing 1, 4 or 6 channels inside. The air detained in these channels gives
them excellent insulating properties. Owing to their resilient binding and specific layering, the filaments show higher lofting which means
that after unpacking they take up their original volume and fill up the space of the sleeping bag chambers. A thin layer of silicone that has
been put on the filaments fixes their mutual positions and decreases friction between them. The hollow fibres offer excellent insulation
even at high air humidity, have no absorbing capacity, become dry quickly and are hypoallergic. They are easy to maintain and can be
normally washed and dried.
EN - The down sleeping bag filling is composed of goose down and feathers. Down provides maximum insulation and warmth. The down/
feather ratio is expressed in percentage and is used for clear identification and comparison of different sleeping bags. E.g. 95/5 means
95% of down and 5% of feathers. Fill power is the key to determining the quality of the down fill and level of warmth. The higher the FP,
the larger the down cluster, thus, the higher the resilience, strength, insulation, and overall quality of the down. It is the volume measured
in cubic inches (CUIN), indicates the amount of void that an ounce of down will expand to fill. The LOFT is usually measured in terms of
FP. E.g. Goose down 95/5 800 CUIN.

Basic Definition of Comfort and Extreme Values
EN - Comfort Temperature is the range of temperatures at which the user gets full nights sleep. Usually this is defined as an upper and
lower limit. The Lower Limit of Comfort is usually defined as the lowest temperature at which a person has eight hours of sleep without
waking. The Upper Limit of Comfort is the highest temperature that you can sleep without sweating profusely. Usually this is defined with
the ventilation zippers open, arms outside the bag and the hood open. Extreme Temperature is the lowest temperature at which the sleeping bag protects the user from hypothermia. This is subject to a variety of conditions but is usually defined as six hours of uncomfortable
sleep without diminishing the body core temperature to a dangerous level.

laboratory which tested the sleeping bags according to the new European standard EN 13537.
This European standard considers the sleeping bags dry. Humidity can deteriorate the thermal performance characteristics
essentially. The wet material shows up to 24 times higher thermal losses comparing to the dry material. Insulating material
can absorb the humidity both from the inside (breathing, sweating) and the outside (effects of air humidity)

Categories and concepts:
The insulating pad is an important part of outdoor equipment. Not even a high-quality sleeping bag can guarantee the 100% functionality and suitability for all applications, unless you use a high-quality insulating pad, especially in extreme conditions
such as sleeping on snow, etc. The bottom air layer is compressed by the weight of the sleeping person breaking the thermal insulation, which is the main function of any sleeping bag. It is therefore necessary to use a high-quality sleeping mat
underneath your sleeping bag to avoid direct contact with ground. Another important feature is the increased sleep comfort afforded by the mat as it smoothes out the underlying surface and reduces discomfort from rocks, tough grass, etc. while
sleeping. Generally speaking, the thicker the mat is, the better the insulation and thermal resistance, which makes your sleep more comfortable. However, this is achieved at the expense of the overall weight. It is wise to consider when and under what
conditions you will be using your mats, whether year-round or just for a summer camp or during a tough winter expedition, in order to ensure that you are not carrying any unnecessary weight.
The self-inflating mat structure combines the advantage of foam pads and inflatable mattresses. They vary in shape and upper material used, in the type and structure of implemented foam and in the valve type. The different structure and thickness of
the foam gives each self-inflating model different insulation properties and weight parameters.
Categoría y concepto:
La esterilla aislante es parte importante del equipamiento al aire libre. Por mucha calidad que tenga un saco de dormir, no garantiza una funcionalidad 100% para todos los usos, a menos que se utilice una esterilla óptima, sobre todo en condiciones
extremas, como lo es dormir en la nieve, etc. La capa inferior de aire en el saco es comprimida por el peso de la persona tumbada, lo que interrumpe el aislamiento térmico, función principal del saco de dormir. Por eso, hay que evitar el contacto
directo entre el saco y el suelo con una esterilla de calidad. Otra propiedad no menos importante es el confort al dormir, siendo la esterilla la que permite más comodidad, al nivelar la superficie inferior a la misma, para evitar que las rocas, la hierba
dura y otros perturben el cuerpo durante el sueño. En general, a mayor espesor de la esterilla más aislamiento, resistencia térmica y comodidad, pero en detrimento del peso total. Por ello, al elegir la esterilla, es bueno tener en cuenta, cuándo y bajo
qué condiciones se va a utilizar: si durante todo el año, sólo para un campamento de verano, o por el contrario, para una expedición en la nieve, con lo que podrá reducir en unos gramos el peso del equipo.
La estructura de las esterillas autohinchables combina las ventajas de las esterillas de espuma con los colchones hinchables. Se diferencian por la forma, el material utilizado en la parte superior, el tipo de estructura de la espuma y el tipo de válvula.
La estructura diferente y el grosor de la espuma determinan la capacidad aislante y el peso de cada modelo de esterilla autohinchable.

The membrane is laminated straight onto the outer layer and printed with a covering layer from inside. The layer protects the membrane from abrasion and damage. The final material is
thus composed of 2,5 layers: outer layer, membrane and printing. Owing to its technology the Triguard 2,5L membrane products ensure great impermeableness. They are soft, highly breathable and water-repellent. They are wind-stopping, extremely light and easily packable. Owing to their features, the Triguard 2,5L

Triguard represents a waterproof breathable coating which is applied to the seam side of outer fabric material. Such application increases final material strength and abrasion resistance. The microporous structure of the coating applied to a densely woven fabric ensures good wind-stopping. The fabric repels external
moisture (rain, snow) which is accomplished by means of little channels in the coating. While not letting through water molecules which are big, it allows perspiration vapours to escape since its molecules are very little. Thanks to this feature you can always feel comfortable anywhere you are whether in nature or during your daily routine.
