HEALTH ALERT
If you have traveled from a CDC-designated Ebola-affected area, or
if you have been in contact with someone who has traveled from an
Ebola-affected area, within the past 21 days AND you are
experiencing a fever, severe headache, muscle pain, weakness,
diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, OR unexplained bleeding, DO
NOT MAKE A CLINIC OR PHYSICIAN VISIT APPOINTMENT. Instead,
you should go to your nearest HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM.

ALERTA SOBRE LA SALUD
Si usted ha viajado a un área designada por el Centro de Control de
Enfermedades (CDC) como “afectada por el Ebola, o si usted ha
estado en contacto con alguien que ha viajado desde una zona
afectada por el Ebola dentro de los pasados 21 días, Y USTED tiene
fiebre, fuertes dolores de cabeza, dolores musculares, se siente
débil, tiene vómitos, dolor de estómago O hemorragias
inexplicables, NOTIFIQUE AL MOSTRADOR DE ENTRADA
INMEDIATAMENTE. Luego diríjase a la SALA DE MERGENCIAS DEL
HOSPITAL MÁS CERCANO.
