Nuevo supermercado ecológico en Valencia

¿Qué tipo de pesticidas se usan con las frutas y verduras que habitualmente compramos en los supermercados? ¿Qué tipo de conservantes y colorantes consumimos normalmente? Igual no se han hecho
estas preguntas, pero cada vez son más las personas que ya lo hacen.
El por qué es muy sencillo. Se preocupan por su salud, por su alimentación y también por una mayor protección del medio ambiente.

usually buy in the supermarkets? What kinds of preservatives and colouring agents do you usually eat? Maybe you haven’t asked yourselves
these questions but, increasingly, more and more people are already
doing so. The reason why is simple. They are worried about their health,
their diet and also about a greater protection of the environment.
Estas son algunas de las premisas que
llevaron a Diego Alamar, Carmen Navarro y Pello Aizpuru a crear un negocio
que satisfaga la creciente demanda de
aquellas personas que priorizan la alimentación como fuente de salud, colaborando al mismo tiempo con el medio
ambiente. Son los socios de Ecorgánic,

These are some of the assumptions
that led Diego Alamar, Carmen Navarro and Pello Aizpuru to create a business that could meet the growing
demand for those people who prioritize food as a source of health whilst,
at the same time, collaborating with
the environment. They’re the partners
of Ecorgánic, a supermarket like any
other, but with one big difference:
here all the products are bio or organic. In Ecorgánic consumers can find
everything from regional fruits and
vegetables to bread, sweets, pasta,
meat and ready-cut charcuterie, cereals, dairy products, beverages, and

¿Pero qué entendemos por producto ecológico? Todos aquellos productos que no han sido tratados con sustancias químicas (pesticidas,
fungicidas, antibióticos, hormonas, etc.) que alteran su proceso de
desarrollo y conservación. También aquellos productos de cercanía,
de temporada y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.

y cuidar nuestro entorno natural”, afirma Pello. “Por ello, es nuestro
